Ordered wrong size for daughter's iphone. Contacted company who resolved the problem within days. Great customer service. Daughter loves the case. She can carry phone on her shoulder with no worries of dropping phone. She loves the secret pocket. Overall great product and daughter a budding photographer 🙂.
