MOSTLY NOT GOOD
It looks like I am the only person to give this device a negative review... which is surprising given its flaws. First problem is the instructions, for example, “When the switch is turned on, the human body will be tested for wearing in the wearing process , to avoid wearing miscarriage.”How to charge it and turn it on are almost impossible to figure out. Why Chinese manufacturers don’t hire decent tech writers or at least fluent English speakers is stunning. If they want to sell in a foreign market they need be serious. This device has so many functions that to me it does few of them well. Female physiology reminder? What is a “treasure mother period?” The fractured grammar is funny. I bought this mainly for heart rate monitoring but it is wildly inaccurate. Blood pressure measurement is crazy. So basically this thing is pretty much useless and is going back to Shanghai via Amazon.

READINGS NOT ACCURATE.
I WAS HOPING THIS WOULD REPLACE MY POLAR HEART RATE MONITOR. THE REASON I PURCHASED THIS WAS TO MEASURE HOW MANY CALORIES I BURNED DURING A WORKOUT. WHILE IT DOES DISPLAY CLOSE TO ACCURATE HEART RATE READINGS, THE CALORIC EXPENDITURE IS WAY OFF. I NORMALLY BURN 418 CALORIES IN A JILLIAN MICHAELS WORKOUT BUT THIS HR MONITOR SAID I ONLY BURNED 48 CALORIES IN 50 MINUTES. THIS WAS CONSISTENT EVERY DAY THIS WEEK. FURTHER, I WAS DELIGHTED TO SEE I WALKED AROUND 700 STEPS IN MY SLEEP! I HAD HIGH HOPES BUT THIS WILL BE GOING BACK. I AM GLAD THAT IT SEEMS TO WORK FOR OTHERS, HOWEVER, I AM SUSPICIOUS OF ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. IF YOU READ CLOSELY, YOU WILL SEE MANY TYPOS AND IMPROPER ENGLISH, WHICH LEAVES ME TO BELIEVE THEY HAVE BEEN FABRICATED. SORRY, JUST SAYIN'...

Fully charged and completely dead/broken after three days
Had this for three days and it was completely dead and I thought it wasn’t from lack of charge as I tried charging it again while showering the day prior, but then learned my husband had moved my charger and it got put back in the original socket upside down. FYI, when it is charging, it will show a battery with moving green gauge only when you touch the on button and for a short while. Writing here on day six, I like it okay despite the steps and blood pressure not being accurate (the sleep wasn’t perfect either but seemed pretty close as far as when I went to bed and got up, and it seems to take a long time to report sleep on both the watch and the app, and how long doesn’t seem consistent). I suspect the pulse isn’t very accurate either given what my pulse has been when taken professionally in recent times. And I can’t figure out how to save the maps of paths walked/run after ending the tracking of the path...can anyone let me know how to do that, please?

High value activity tracker at a fraction of the cost!
If you're a data nerd and want to analyze your health more effectively, you may want to look into an activity tracker. These little devices can monitor your heart rate, steps, calories burned, distance covered, and total time you were active during the day. You can even connect it to your phone to unlock deeper functionalities such as determining your distance and speed in real-time utilizing your phone's GPS location. This particular fitness tracker from GOOPOW has great value for what it is. For a fraction of the cost, it will give you similar data as its competitors like Fitbit and Apple Watch. When I first purchased my activity tracker from GOOPOW, the box came empty with just a manual. I had to return it and repurchase it. Luckily, the 2nd time around, it actually came with the product itself! Before using it, the manual stated that I needed to charge the tracker beforehand. It was a bit confusing to determine how to do this, but I had to stick one end of the tracker into a USB port on my laptop. According to the GOOPOW, a full charge only takes 1 hour, and the tracker can last 5-7 days on standby.Once the tracker was fully-charged and ready to go, I downloaded the "H Band" application to my smartphone. Setting it all up within the app was straightforward and easy. The app is very simple and shows a of lot data on its interface in an organized way. The tracker is waterproof and comes with an adjustable wristband. I thought it was annoying I had to twist off the wristband every single time I wanted to charge the device. I wish it was more convenient and easier to charge. The GOOPOW tracker feels clunky on the wrist, but it does the job if data is all you need at the cheapest price. If you want something more stylish with even more functionality, definitely opt for something higher-end.

I think the majority of reviews are fake
I bought this over others bc of the reviews but after using the device for a few weeks I believe the reviews may be fake. The instructions are all in broken English and don't make sense. The heart rate is widely inaccurate during activity. We bought 2, one for me and my husband and his alarm feature doesnt work. The battery life with wrist sense so it turns the screen on when you turn your wrist to check time will hardly last a day If that feature is enabled. The sync is messed up, disconnects all the time and rarely stays connects. If you use it for just a watch or pedometer I guess its ok which is why I'm giving 3 stars but it's by no means really a fitness watch. Disappointed but can't afford to take a chance and buy another one. Hope this real review helps.

Fantastic bracelet
The bracelet has multiple functions, which is better than my Mi band. The screen is big, and all the functions can be found with one touch. The bracelet can count the steps, monitor the heart rate, and test your blood pressure. It is useful for the whole family. The price is affordable, much cheaper than Fitbit. I like the sedentary reminder function. I am really happy with this bracelet

Nice little tracker
The Goopow tracker is well made, nice looking, easy to setup, and has great functionality. I really like the sleep tracker which tells how many total hours of sleep, how many hours of deep sleep, and how many hours of light sleep, and wakefulness . It also tracks my heart rate, the distance i run. I highly recommend this fitness tracker. I would never switch to a more expensive brand now that I see what this inexpensive model can do.
