I do Pet Portraits in Pastel Pencil and decided to order a few of the PanPastels after seeing good reviews from other artists. I love the ease of use and the coverage you can get with them (especially for backgrounds and base colors). I am ordering more colors!

Love panPastels but!!!1
I really love panpastels and I have ordered all of mine from amazon but this time I was very disappointed it came broken in its jar. So I would say it was not packed right. After all it is chalk and breaks easy even if its in its own case.

Broken Product
The green pan Pantel was broken into tiny pieces. I tried to press it back together so I might still be able to use it but that didn’t work.

Poor Delivery Packaging
I love PanPastel but this item came with product broken..... definitely the way it was packaged. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 and they were both broken
