My cat got used to the carrier for a couple weeks in bed beside her, then visited a local hotel for awhile, riding back and forth in it. I think the long day of flights was a relief after all the unpredictable days of changes. This carrier was ample for my 7 pound girl, and fit comfortably under the seat in front of me, so we could see one another on flights. Its pocket easily held leash and pheromone spray, and the zipper front allowed me to slip her a little dish of ice cubes during flights. The fleece floor zips off its rigid base for washing, the straps are well-placed, and see could see out on three sides. I'm completely happy with the product.

These are awesome. My daughter read reviews on a multitude of carrier options and chose this one. Very pleased with the purchase. She flew with 2 cats from MD to .CA and now we are on the forever road trip back to MD. One kitty had an accident in the carrier. The pasdded bottom unzips easily for cleaning and the kitties seem comfortable traveling and can see all activity. Highly recommend.

I have purchased and returned 5 carriers, they were all either too big or too small for comfortable air travel for a 7 pound dog. This one is perfect finally. Enough room for dog and yet not too big. It folds nicely into a large backpack to transport when dog isn't using it. Lightweight and easy access. The only thing I can't comment on is durability as I just got it. Hopefully will hold up well.

It's not quite as stiff as I was expecting. It collapses in on my dog because there's no bracing across the top to hold it open.

Everything was fantastic. No issues at all. Used to transport a puppy on Frontier Airlines.

My Macy is comfortable in her carrier. She loves it, I love it.
