Awesome.
I love this mat! Love it. It is so big that its sides drape over my living room table, but I love that I can fit whole dungeons on one map! No more removing maps to make room for others. Yes it is expensive, but it is by far one of the best RPG purchases I have ever made and I would never play without it.

Epic!
Massive. Worked great for ThunderTree. Can’t wait to use it for Wave Echo Cave. You better have a big table. Or can use it on the floor. Wet erase only. So that is what it is. Good luck getting good markers. Way worth the money.

I cut this down to size and put it on a pool table.
The cuts did not fray. It's nice that the mat squares are all an inch long. Makes measuring and cutting a VERY easy process if you use imperial.

Enormous!
Well, this is the biggest mat I’ve ever found. I’ve had 2 smaller chessex mats for well over 15 years and they’re going strong. This is the same quality product but in a MUCH larger form factor. The playable area is 4’x8’... yes... that’s FEET. When an inch is 5 feet of movement (DnD 5e), that’s a small town! Ran the Wave Echo Cave chapter from the Starter Set and barely had to modify the map at all...DO NOT use dry erase markers on these mats! Overhead/wet erase only. Ever. Period. Got it?These are a vinyl material and very durable. These lay totally flat without issue and the heavy tube this mondomat ships in is essential for storage. It’s huge! So keep the tube. DO. NOT. FOLD. THESE. MATS! They crease like nobody’s business and you may damage them permanently if you use heat to get rid of the creases. Just roll them up and you’ll be fine.As a DM, you need one of these mats. Period. Tried and true and cheaper in the long run over rolls of gaming paper... don’t waste you time or money on those cheap “laminated” battle mats from other brands. Just buy these. Trust me.

Pretty Dope!
I hope it lasts, havnt had much testing of it yet, but i am extremely excited to have purchased this mat. If it doesnt work out then i have one hell of a water resistant blanket because this thing is massive!

Great for custom tables.
We recently bought a custom gaming table for roleplaying games and have been having a hard time finding a place to buy an insert that would fit. We finally found this option and it worked perfectly. The mat is insanely long. We were easily able to cut the mat to the exact size we needed and still had a really good size left over to use as well. We liked this so much we immediately ordered a second one. This is so useful in preparing maps of dungeons ahead of time. Completely worth the price.

A MUST HAVE FOR TABLETOP GAMING.
We have been using this mat to play Dungeons and Dragons on for 7 years now. We use the wet-erase markers on it to draw maps, take notes, or whatever. Some colors erase better than others but with a little rubbing alcohol it cleans up nicely. One corner of the mat started to delaminate, so I stuck some gorilla glue in it, weighted it down and it has had no problems since then. The edges are starting to show a little fray, but after 7 years of heavy use, what do you expect? When this becomes unusable, I will buy a replacement without hesitation.

Size
I've always been a fan of the vinyl wet erase battle mats, and this one doesn't let me down. VERY large. I've uploaded a picture to give scale to anyone who doesn't really want to pull out a measuring tape. This will be good for a single, large (well.. very large) dungeon, multiple smaller (but still large) encounters, or even a castle if you wish a "storming the castle" scenario.I would fully recommend this mat so long as you have the available surface area to be able to accomodate.
