Works as advertised, used on Creality Ender 5
The tolerances of the device were excellent.It slotted into the LCD connector nicely, with no need for excessive force, and it connected firmly in place.The BLTouch pins were wired to the default BLTouch wiring, no need to change the BLTouch wiring.(Makes it easy!)Tested and functioning correctly.Highly recommend this product!

Makes things easy
Not much to say beyond it does what it says it does and no wires coming from the BLTouch had to be swapped. A 15 second install. Even though I have pretty high end soldering and rework equipment, the ease of use was worth a few bucks!

Easy Install
This was a great addition to my Ender 3. Killed my annoying speaker, but gave me the option for BLtouch. All you have to do is plug this in. then plug the display. Then add the connection for the bltouch and flash the firmware.

Doesn't work with motherboard creality 4.2.2
Doesn't work with motherboard creality 4.2.2 on Ender 3pro. Because it's same as Ender 3 v2. So it burned out some pices on board with smoke. Fortunately it still alive. Please correct description.

Finally got it to work
I had been using a bigtree tech motherboard and display with bltouch. Decided to go back to the v1.1.3 ender board and display to use Klipper. Ordered this to get the bltouch added. Did not work. WIll not power the display with this adapter.NOTE: The connector can be inserted to the left or right so the pins are WRONG. NO WARNING that you can ruin your equipment. BE VERY CAREFUL when inserting this into the motherboard. Then make sure the BLTOUCH wiring is correct. VCC and GROUND can be easily switched. Verify the colors on the end of the bltouch vs the end that connects to this adapter board!BUYER BEWARE!
