The DWL80Pro digital level is a great size for those critical jobs where you do not have a lot of space. Once you calibrate the level, it is very accurate and easy to use. Its readings compare favorably with my high-dollar engineer's level. I would definitely recommend this tool.

I have two of these devices.The 180 and the 180 pro. I have used since 2012/2013 to the present date. Devices have been used for home remodel, milling machine setup, and precision rifle bench rest scope to front rest alignment. Both units have been dropped to the floor, lost for weeks in attics, misplaced in range bags, and not used for months. They have always calibrated and given good and repeatable angle measurement. The Pro has the all-zero feature which allows accurate incremental hardware angles to be set from a selected zero and hardware adjusted to a preferred angle. I would give 5 stars but for two things. The magnets are not strong enough and the bubble levels are useless. Both horizontal and vertical veils cannot be adjusted to the calibrated zero therefore the veils are a useless feature. I hate spending money on useless things but that said the digital side of this device works quite well.

It's my new "go to" level when bending conduit. I like the size and it functions well.

It does its job 90% of the time.It gets a little confused (stuck)10% of the time.Its case is delicate, plastic, the opposite of tough.If you can keep it protected, do so. It can't take bouncing around in atool box on a construction site.( Carabiner will break like mine )All the being said, I like it...90% of the time.Now I keep it in my shirt pocket next to my heart, and keep my guard up.

I have been pleased with the repeatability of this level. Accuracy also seems high, with virtually every reverse 180 degree check coming back with the same display value. I like the auto-rotation of the display so that you can easily read it when used upside down. You do have to keep the surface very clean, as any little dirt particle is measured. My only complaint is that the auto shut-off feature sometimes causes the level to be locked out and unable to manually turn on for about a minute. I'm still trying to duplicate the sequence that results in this mode. Overall, it's very hard to find fault with this tool. Great value and addition to any craftsman's toolkit.

Excellent level. Union electrician that uses this to run pipe everyday. Makes my job a million times easier. Would recommend this tool to anyone in the trade!

Crap

Very good level, but I wish the magnet was stronger (it would take a whole paragraph or more to explain why I want it stronger, but I will spare you. It is a decent magnet just not as strong as I would like for my particular purposes).The bubble levels are nice to get things close quickly, then fine tune by the digital readout, but I am surprised at how far off the bubble really is.The auto-off function is nice, but I wish the power On/Off button was easier to push.It is compact, will easily fit in any pocket. The digital readout is easy to see in the sunlight. Lastly, this is ultra sensitive, the readings will waver in a strong breeze.I would buy it again if I lost it.
