Green Cabbage, 1 Each

This Amazon cabbage is super fresh and very tasty. I was surprised by how great this produce and all the other produce I get from Amazon. The cabbage cooked well and we even enjoyed some raw. I thank Amazon for bring fresh cabbage to us with out having us spend a lot of our own cabbage. I would recommend this fresh cabbage to anyone who enjoys cabbage or anyone looking to add a healthy choice to their everyday eating.

Fresh

This is our summer of cole slaw apparently. We've been having it as a side for lunches and dinners so I've purchased cabbage from both Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh multiple times.All of the cabbages, organic and non, have been fresh and clean. I throw away the outer leaves, of course, so I'm comfortable with using this veg without cooking. I expected the organic cabbages to be smaller but so far that has not been the case.Don't know if it matters, but we're in N. Virginia.

The one I received was huge and the quality was excellent.

Was very fresh but very small. Thankfully it was enough.

The media could not be loaded.  Comparable in price and quality to the local major grocery chain and delivered.The local grocery has delivery service too, for a fee, only during business hours and they never have a slot open fir 2-3 days.My Amazon Fresh delivery showed up the same evening and everything was perfect.I can't bring myself to stay in the produce section of my local major grocery because their produce is awful.I was delighted and very surprised that all the produce in my Amazon Fresh order was perfect... with the small exception that the celery had one bruised stalk.I usually have to trim off half of what I get from the grocery.But, this.. I can use EVERYTHING Amazon delivered. Not just fresh. It's outright attractive.

I like to buy cabbage because it’s a vegetable that’s healthy for you, takes no time to prepare, tastes awesome, and last just about forever in the fridge.My last cabbage delivered from Amazon was the most gorgeous cabbage I’d ever laid eyes on! I literally used the whole thing minus the core. I NEVER do that. There’s always a few surface leaves that end up going to the mealworm pile for my daughter’s leopard gecko. Not this time. Those babies are gonna have to settle for blueberries! I’m sure they won’t mind though lol.All in all, but the cabbage if you need it.

I ordered this cabbage many times and was always satisfied but I was shocked to find foxtails in one of the ones from my last order. I only noticed because of the larger whole piece. I give cabbage to my dog and I'm shocked to even imagine how many times he could have been exposed ...how many times the pins may have been there somewhere
