Strong, Ergonomic, and Professional
Good tool! It fits comfortably in the hand and the grip is secure. I use it regularly for deep tissue massage and it provides strong, effective pressure. Feels professional-grade — highly recommend for anyone into bodywork or recovery.

Great aluminum version
Great product. Not as heavy as the stainless steel version. Solid in between options for patients. Nice smooth edges. Easy to grip and can apply even pressure

Well made, solid. Don't overspend on other name brands. I am more than a little surprised at the quality and versatility.
This is my favorite and most handy tool for IASTM. More of a graston type tool than gua sha, but you can totally do both with it. The handle has some grip holes for when you are using lotions or oils. Fits well in my hand so it limits fatigue. Some instruments need to be grasped really tightly to maintain control, but this is very easy to use. Convex, concave, and blunt contours are great for hard to get at places and broad muscle groups as well. Single beveled, but even the chamfered edge is smooth enough to be considered double beveled. So you can use it in both directions just fine. I actually prefer this to some other double beveled IASTM tools that are just too blunt for things like gua sha. It is well designed, solid, built to last. I've used lots of other tools, and I still do, but this is truly one of my go-to tools for IASTM, it's that versatile. Don't overspend on other name brands. I am more than a little surprised at the quality and versatility of this one tool.

some good and some bad of each
High quality product, I've used stone and steel Graston (Guasha ) tools, some good and some bad of each, as well as had professional therapy done with both as well, and this tool came in as high, if not higher quality at the one used in my professional therapy by a licensed chiro/massage/sports medical doctor that used the products for Olympic athletes. Flawless and work the money and more. Will get the long bar as soon as possible.( NOTE: although you can use this as a deep tissue massage tool, its actually more effectively used with little pressure and fast movement)

Very Good Quality & Ergonomic for the User
My wife suffers from a lot of neuromuscular issues, and trying to masage all those knots wears a thumb out. This Guasha tool has great weight to it, so I don't have to apply a lot pressure to get at those knots with the different edges. The scraping sides are quite effective but doesn't scrape the skin or is painful to the touch. I can utilize this tool for half an hour or more without my hand cramping or feeling tired. we've had it for several years and it still looks practically brand new if you take care of it.

Continue Physical Therapy at Home
I was receiving P. Therapy for 2 months at a Physical Therapy Facility, and decided to buy the same tools they were using on me, they printed out sheets with pictures showing what I needed to do at home daily and were very helpful on how and where to use them. This is saving me hours at the facility, not to mention the diving time and gas, as the facility was quite a ways from my home, and I've been getting great results - LOVE THE TOOLS - ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE - THEY ARE A BIG HELP TO MY RECOVERY.

The absolute best tool for working those nasty knots
Absolutely wonderful tool. It's not magic so don't expect to feel 100% better after a single use but if you give it some time, you'll absolutely experience improvement. I've been dealing with soreness in my quads and hip flexors for years and in just two weeks, I'm feeling some incredible differences. I always stretch, foam roll, etc. but this is far and away the best thing that's worked for me. It's a great quality tool and will probably last your lifetime. I typically use coconut oil but I'm sure any lubricant with sufficient viscosity will work just fine. I can feel every bump and ripple as the tool glides across my muscles making it easy to identify my trouble spots. It can hurt at times but it's definitely the good kind of hurt. The tool is worth every penny when you consider how much a single appointment for Graston costs. My house has practically turned into a physical therapy clinic. My wife, mother and I each use the tool on ourselves and each other. To that point, I sometimes find it difficult to hit every spot on my own so you'll likely get a lot more out of the tool if you have someone else willing to use it on you from time to time. The only negative I can think of is that the handles can get very slippery depending on what kind of lubricant you use. I would absolutely purchase again. Zero regrets!

Good tools. But far from perfect.
The media could not be loaded. Pros of bar with holes on handlebar- effective at scrapping- smooth edges and not sharpCons- handles are small- holes in handles make it difficult to firmly grip onto- handles feel weak, could easily break with decent force (dropping)- not a true beveled edge. Slightly flat on one sidePros of squarish long bar- edges are smoothed nicely- feels extremely sturdyCons- also not a true beveled edge, one side is flat- will flip in your hand when trying to do deeper scrapping making it difficult to use
