Most so called Quiche Flan Dishes are far too shallow to be of any use, they are more suited for dessert tarts. These dishes are a decent enough depth for a quiche without resorting to a moose ring, or similar. They are made from a heavy gauge, and have a non stick coating.ps I have heard folk on various sites whinging that their flan cases leak. Flan cases with a removeable base will obviously have the potential to leak if filled with a liquid filling without the safeguard of a pastry lining. Choose your dish accordingly. An open topped sports car will not keep you dry in the rain!

It was put under my mums car. Could not get to it. To get it out with small brush. So had to get a neighbour with a big pole to get it over for me.

This was on an offer which made it an even better find. Made a bakewell tart with rich shortcrust pastry and it came out perfectly. It is certainly of high quality non stick material. Very pleased and couldn’t recommend it more.

Seriously great quality. Perfect non stick tin. Good for sweet or savoury recipes. I used mine for banoffee pie. Just always be careful when using it and moving around, because the loose bottom can catch you out and you can end up with your recipe on the floor!

Another great product from Tala. Easy to use and clean. My quiches turn out fine.

I love this, it's a well made dish. It has a quality feel to it.
