I recommend these to anyone and everyone. They have made digestion a piece of cake and my gut loves them. I take the 3 a day as recommended on the back of the bottle and I feel wonderful. I’ve had a lot of issues with my bowls thanks to my endometriosis and this has been a real savior for me. I can’t rant and rave enough. I’ve tried aloe gels but the caps seem to work the very best.

I found talking a pill along with stomach enzymes has somewhat helped with my digestive issues. I was told to take this for Interstitial cystitis along with Marshmallow root but found it was also helpful with digestion.

I’ve been taking this for 12 years for help with rheumatoid arthritis and digestive issues. I am mid sixties now and doing well with no prescription meds. I bought these aloe pills because i deal with chronic constipation (despite healthy eating, drinking water, exercising, etc.) I took one each day. The pills themselves are quite large (similar to the old womens one-a-days) but I didnt have an issue swallowing them. Unfortunately, I personally did not notice a difference in frequency of my BMs.

This is the largest tablet I've ever seen, not only is it long but it's wider in the middle. If I cut them they leave sharp edges. I have Acid reflux, so with my bad throat it makes it harder to swallow. Never could do more than one a day, so hard to say if they would help my AR.

I love these and they are worth the value. I added them to my daily routine.
