Got dozen of these locks for the whole house couple of years ago. Doors got constantly stuck even ones without privacy. We are afraid to close any doors. Planning to replace all of locks. Completely unworkable

Privacy lock gets stuck and had to call locksmith/break door to open. Locksmith had to break door.Happened with 2 of ours. Others have complained - see the black color one for complains.Note on all models the manufacturer has stopped selling the privacy lock - which indicates they know the problem but have not contacted any of the customer to tell them of the problem.Also on one of the non-privacy ones that I ordered they sent me a privcay one and when told them they said that use can use it with out the lock feature. After my first one got stuck I tested that one's lock feature and it also got stuck and lucikly I could remove it since the door was open. I will update this review to see if the manufacturer send me an updated version or refunds my money.

Nice looking but the non locking side handle doesn't have the same spring tension so I feel it will I fail and not last long.Update:Spring tightened up now both sides are perfect. So 5 stars.

Nice handle - after we found the latch adapter kit to install. Well made. Sleek and pretty.
