I was pleasantly suprised with these rollers. They give my relaxed hair a nice body and bounce and the curl pattern is not overly tight....so your hair falls quite nicely when combed out. I would take away one star because the end wires started protruding out of the cloth material after one use, so they may need some additional sewing to reinforce the roller for some longevity. Not ideal....but also not a deal breaker considering the overall results.

They work just fine. It’s basically a pipe cleaner wrapped with gosh and gold fabric upon second use started coming apart. Not sure.

I've been using these particular curlers for years. Yes, they eventually deteriorate, the ends fraying open and exposing the wires. But even then they are still usable. This particular set was much more expensive than the $1 I spent for the same package at a local grocery store, but as no one sells them in town now, these were the cheapest I could find.These rollers are the easiest and fastest way for me to get nice soft, natural looking curls. I always put them in on the night of a shower day, when my hair still retains some moisture. Depending on the look I want for the next day I use from between three to seven, rolling every curler up to the crown of my head since I don't like to actually sleep on them, though they aren't hard. The next morning I unravel each curl, separate them a little with my fingers, then gently smooth the top of my head with a wet comb to reduce static and fly-aways. It also looks good when, after I've unraveled the curls and separated them a little, I flip my hair down and then back, giving me a full, bouncy hairstyle. I always get a wealth of compliments when I use these curlers.

I have now purchased and used 2 versions of this product and use them only for air drying my hair about an hour in the morning. I do NOT sleep in them which makes their quality all the more disappointing. The most recent version (pictured) definitely improved in the quality of stitching and the edges felt like they were sealed better. But...that did not last long. While the seams did last longer than the older version, this version allows the inner wire to slide out of place from the foam core and you cannot slide them back. It seems whatever 'grip' spray they used on the wire to hold them in place was only applied on the ends. They start to move and eventually work all the way to one end of the foam roller and you have no way to slide them back.I love the idea but after just a couple of months of use, about half of them are no longer useable due to the sliding wire problem as I can only anchor the roller using the wire on one end.I will use the last few until they too can't be twisted and anchored and I have instead moved to using duck clips for air drying and setting my curls.

My hair will not hold a curl well, it is thin and fine and I have a problem keeping curls in. I bought these once years ago and used them to the point where they just about fell apart. I was very excited to see them sold on Amazon and purchased two packages. They hold up very well and I would definitely continue to buy this product. They're not hard to sleep with their very soft and you don't even notice they are in your head. I use them 3 times a week and last month's before I have to retire them to the trash. Definitely worth the money and price.

They work well for a use or two and are comfortable to sleep on but then they fall apart. They don’t last long at all.

These curlers worked pretty well, my daughter was comfortable sleeping in them. The only issue that I had with them, was that they don't roll up tight enough to the head and the top part of it can come undone leaving the top part of the hair not curled.

Small, compact but really easy to sleep on. I use it at the ends of my braid or twist to give it extra curl.
