Cheap quality. You get what you pay for.
For the pice it ok but if you are expecting any significant grip strength at all from the jaws you wont get it. The jaws also DO NOT hold anything concentric to the mounting shaft what so ever. Only good part i would say is the brass peice. It is actually concentric to any drive shaft you mount it to. But the jaws are far from being concentric.
