Manual states to use only paper tray #1 for envelopes-10 max. Can I use the main trays for bulk envelope printing? Some say that works.

I have never tried it. The reason they recommend tray one is that the feed mechanism is different. Hope you can get it to wor

Do the drivers allow input tray selection so I can print from 1 tray on plain paper or print from the 2nd tray on pre-printed forms?

Yes, you can setup the printer so it will print from one tray with plain paper and the second with pre-printed forms. There is also a third tray which I would call a manual feed tray for lack of better words. You can put a stack of paper in the manual feed tray so you don't actually have to add each sheet of paper or envelope for each print.

Does this print wirelessly

It does not print wirelessly. Then again, it'll never make you enter a 15-character wireless passkey using two arrow buttons.

Does the P3015x model include a network card that can be configured with an IP address?

Yes, it does. It has a "built in" Ethernet card. The network details can be set by DHCP or can be manually configured.Lon.
