This one works for me perfectly.I had a terrible jock itch which woke me up during sleep and it spread quickly. It is extremely itchy (although it feels so good scratching it, making me wonder if it is some kind of blessing?) but it affects my daytime work.This is how I treated:1. In the morning after getting out of bed, I took a shower (use the soap included) and did not use towel on affected area. I use air dryer instead. Apply the cream and applied a “Lotrimin Antifungal Jock Itch Medicated Powder with Miconazole Nitrate” on top of it. The reason for the powder is to keep it dry and comfortable.2. In the evening before bed, I did the aforementioned procedure again.3. I did it for 3 days and saw improvements where the affected area started to hardened into small pointy dots (not visually, but feels that way) and I felt less itchy.4. I did it for 2 weeks and used up two orders of it (each 50 grams) and two orders of the powder.5. Fully recover after 2.5 weeks.Hope my experience can help other people. Cheers!

On 3/15 I started using this soap & ointment up to 3 times a day along with a daily dose of a probiotic (lactobacillus acidophilis). By 3/22 it was gone. I had this rash on both inner thighs the size of a half dollar that began in February. I did not go the the doctors, just researched pics/diagnosis on the web and it came down to jock itch. I also remembered I had it as a teen (i'm 51 now). After trying sprays, creams, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide... most at home & OTC recommendations, i finally decided to spend the money on this combo, eventually purchasing the 50gm tube of ointment too. It works great and it is worth the expense. I do suggest using it more frequently than instructed... the ingredients are safe and sensitive skin friendly. Neat thing for me is the bees wax ingredient. Seems to me this acts as a moisture barrier but better for sensitive skin the other anti friction procucts . This is worth the money... trust me! The tube may be small but lasted about 10 days. You don't need a ton ...but again its ok to use more than instructed. I suggest buying 50gm tube to keep on hand!UPDATE: its now May 12th and it has not returned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm a plus sized girl who has nearly constant yeast infections in skin folds and groin area. I have been given oral and topical prescription medications for it. These do help, but I still have issues with it. I wasn't expecting this to work any better than the other OTC powders and creams but WOW! A little bit of the ointment goes a long way, it is thick like a vaseline but doesn't feel icky on the skin. It smells and feels refreshing. Here is the best of all - I used it one evening when I first got it and no joke, it was largely cleared up the next day! I couldn't believe it! I haven't used the soap yet to be honest, I am so impressed with the ointment I wanted to post a review right away. Is it pricey? Sort of, but it works! Well worth it. You won't be disappointed if you try it.

Product worked eventually, but I did not find it to be any faster than any store brand you can buy for much less.

Don’t not work use the product for 4 weeeks and saw no improvement

The first day I used this, it burned quite a bit. Almost to the point of not using it again the next day. (I used both the soap and the cream.) On day 2, I added a little bit of mupirocin and Caldesene Medicated Protecting Body Powder with Zinc to the Terrasil. This seems to be the magic combo. Today is day 4, and my skin has almost fully healed.
