UPDATE (2020-06-16): Vendor contacted me to arrange a refund, and I was prepared to add a couple of stars because of their responsiveness. Sometimes a bad experience is made good by helpful customer service. However, it turned out that in exchange for the refund, I was asked to delete this review, which completely erased the goodwill I was feeling. Paying customers to delete bad reviews is tantamount to bribery. It's a total disservice to other Amazon shoppers when negative (but honest) reviews are removed in exchange for money.ORIGINAL REVIEW: In this 2-pack, one worked, one did not. Printer did not recognize it. Swapped in the chip from a genuine Brother cartridge, and it still wouldn't print. The other one printed, but we didn't get HALF of the number of pages rated (3000) for a high volume cartridge on ordinary text-only office documents. Even at this cheap price, you still don't get what you pay for. Avoid.

When my Brother DCP 2550W says "Change Toner" it means it. The thing locks up good. (It can be hacked but now isn't the time.) I used EZInk on my previous Brother printer (which is still being used (12 years old) at my parents')Despite the decorticate language of Brother putting in an EZInk toner is a breeze with ZERO negative consequences.Yes. Brother makes great toner cartridges. The print quality and quantity might be slightly better. But I can buy 5 EZInk for the price of 1 Brother high capacity toner (on sale).So don't sweat that the apocalypse is going to hit you if you use EZInk instead of officially sanctioned Brother ink toner in your Brother printer.

Summary: I purchased these cartridges twice so far, and will do it again when time comes. As with all generic products, once you find a suitable product that works with your device flawlessly and does not give headaches like necessity of moving a chip from one cartridge to another, you stop searching and simply buy again when needed. I would opt for an alternative only if the product is not available anymore, or its value diminishes. I can recommend it to anyone who owns the compatible printer purchased in 2019. Hopefully, these carts will continue to be available for years to come.Great product, was as easy to install as the genuine Brother cartridge. The printer recognized it right away without hiccups. Printing quality is good for everyday printing, the toner is sufficiently black and characters look sharp. It remains to be seen how many pages can be printed from this cartridge; now, after 500 standard text pages printed, about 80-90% of the toner is reported available. While it may or may not be a correct estimate, everyday printing using these aftermarket cartridges is very affordable and a great value.Update after 2 months of use: the first cartridge from the kit lasted about 2000 text pages, toner counter indicated 40% left but prints started to look pale. Had to replace the cartridge (good thing it came as a pair!) to restore crispness of prints. Even if the factual capacity of the cartridges is about 70% of the advertised one, I still think this product provides an excellent value compared with the original cartridges.Update 8/5/20: I am already using the third cartridge. The printer reports the overall print count is over 4500 pages, 80% toner is available. That means that 2000 pages/cartridge is a good estimate of the capacity. Prints are crisp and as intensely black as with the original toner.

Very surprised that it worked perfectly the first time. I have a Brother HL-L2350DW. In the past I've used other brand ink cartridges and toners and typically it either tells me it's not recognized or in ends up destroying the print head or drum on my printer. So, when I decided to try and get a 3rd party produced toner I was a bit anxious to do so. I did read the reviews prior to getting this one so I decided to give it a shot. I am very pleased to say the instructions were very good (without broken english) the toner cartridges was professionally packaged, the packaging itself was very nice, and it easily was installed and the print quality between the "brother" brand and this one is completely unnoticeable. You get (2) cartridges for a very low price vs the cost of 1 brother cartridge for triple the price. Very pleased. I of course just installed it and printed a few documents so if there is a change I'll definitely update this review. First impression is that it is an excellent product.

It was incorrectly assumed each cartridge toner would provide high capacity usage for 100% of the cartridge life. It doesn't. After each cartridge reaches 50% usage, the quality goes to zero, making it completely useless as it begins producing lines across the printed pages. Starts off gradually then becomes worse the more prints are completed beyond the 50% range.Initially, I thought it was a fluke with the first cartridge so the second cartridge was installed and once it hit the 50% mark the very same issue occurred. Not what I expected nor what I want to waste time and money on and don't want to store tons of cartridges in anticipation of such an occurrence happening.Quality of first half of the cartridge produces beautiful prints. But, would not guarantee you will get 100% usage. Now, I basically have 2 cartridges, each at 50% capacity of remaining toner that cannot be used. So, you get two cartridges which basically equal the value of only one.

This ink works as well as the Brother brand I was needlessly spending lots of money on. It installed into my printer easily, print color is nice and dark, and did I mention I got this ink at a great price? Don't overspend for overpriced ink. I would recommend this ink and will be buying again.

Purchased a 2 pack and the first one I opened and installed did not work. I called the E-Z link customer support number and was able to talk with someone in short order. They asked me to do a number of things and unfortunately the first cartridge would not connect with my printer. They asked me to open the second cartridge and try it and it connected to the printer instantly! They also took care of the refund for the unworking cartridge on the same phone call.
