This product is amazing! I’ve been taking it about three months. I have lost 10 pounds without very much effort at all. I had gone about three years without having any dreams and now I have several dreams and they’re very vivid and I remember them the next day. I’m no longer waking up 56 times a night. I have noticed that my bowel movements take longer, at least 28 hours or longer, not sure if this is a good or bad thing. I have been taking it for weeks and no real change in energy and no noticeable side effects. All I can tell buyers is to consider the placebo effect, when taking this product.
