I think it is good. I started taking this to help with PMS and seems to help. When I ran out of my first bottle I then bought a different brand and I didn't like it as much so switched back to this one.

I've been ordering this product for decades and it was great. The original company must have sold out. Opened the bottle and the stench gagged me; not putting toxic smelling junk in my mouth. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!
