I’ve been using the toe separators for about a week now and have noticed an improvement in my feet. My little toe typically curves under the toe next to it (so it’s more on its side than straight). This paired with my love of high heels means that my toes and feet aren’t as relaxed and straight as they should be! I’ve noticed definite improvement in foot and toe cramps, and I think there’s even a little improvement in the straightness of my little toes. Time will tell, but these are extremely comfortable, so even without any foot issues, I think they’re well worth it. The callous grinder that comes with the set is awesome too (used it this morning). I haven’t used the spa-style toe separators yet, but I’m looking forward to trying them out next time I give myself a pedicure. The material of all the separators is a thick gel material that has enough give that your toes don’t get achey from being forcefully separated.

Before I go into my review I would just like to reiterate as I do when I'm reviewing supplements is that a lot of people order these items for different reasons. Just because something does not work for me does not mean it won't work for you it just means I need to try something different because everybody's bodies are different and requires different things. With that said, I'll explain my four star review. The reason I only gave it four stars is if I was someone who needed the component that wraps around the toes to correct a bunion issued this would not work for me personally because of the gap that I pointed out in one of the pictures in the big toe. Because it's so soft and loose this would not be good for somebody like myself who has small toes. For someone with bigger size toes and normal size toes I'm sure this would work nicely. I ordered this mainly for the toe separators. I do not have an issue with bunions. Because I'm a very tense and stressed out person, not only do I clench my jaw but I also clench my toes as well so they tighten up to the point where they get locked. My chiropractor suggested I get something like this to help correct the behavior so to speak so it helps my toes separate and train them to relearn their correct positions. These gel separators are extremely soft and comfortable. And the separator does its job for me the only thing that messes up what they do is me clenching my toes all the time! They have felt a lot better though since I've been doing this every night before I go to bed because it also helps relax the tendon. The thing to point out about these gel separators is for anybody who owns a TENS machine with the pads that need to be replaced, you'll know that before you replace them you can probably wash them a few times before you need to do that because they're so sticky that they get things stuck on the surface so you need to wash them off. These gel separators remind me exactly of that because they do get stuff on the surface of them but you can just wash it off with soap and water. I thought it was important to mention that to give you an idea of the texture and how it works. You do receive the film pads to put them in to protect them when they are not in use. So I am confident that anybody with regular sized feet, this will work nicely for you. If you have tiny or child size feet this will not work because it will be way too big for you. I would definitely recommend!I was worried that it would be tough but it's extremely comfortable. I'm all for that especially if you need to do something uncomfortable to help you feel better.

These are odd little things but they do help stretch the toes apart, and help circulation blood flow as well. They personally are not comfortable to walk in (no way could I wear with shoes/ I have to walk like im just got a pedicure or its painful. I wear them laying in bed/couch for about 60 mins at a time. But they are strangely addicting. You will find that your feel start craving them.

I have severe plantar fasciitis in both feet. These came very fast and are soft and comfortable but have enough support under my toes and Not too wide between my toes. My doctor recommended I purchase these. I just didn’t wanna pay through the nostrils for gem-shaped separator. The price is pre-pandemic and the comfort is what the doctor ordered. It comes with three items, the pictured toe separators and what would normally be used for painting your toes but you can use them to separate your toes as well and an item to help smooth out calluses. You can’t beat seven bucks and healthy feet..

I've never tried this kind of product before. It looks like I lucked out the first time. These toe separators are amazing! The first night I put them on it was a little uncomfortable, sure. After all, they're corrective, so they're doing their job. But they must be working, because the second night was a lot better. So far so good! I'm looking forward to seeing my somewhat distorted toes get back into alignment. So glad I found an effective, inexpensive way to do it!

I have had constant pain in my feet/toes for years and have blamed arthritis/tendonitis turns out I have claw toes. I have never been able to wear thongs as I can’t tolerate anything between my toes, boy was I wrong. The toe separators that look like brass knuckles have relieved my pain by at least 75%. I started wearing them in the morning but am unable to wear shoes with them so now I put them on before bedtime and sleep with them on. I don’t know why they work just that they do. I’ve since tried a couple of other toe separators but nothing is as comfortable or works as well as these.

At the end of the day it feels great to prop my feet up with the more traditional looking spacers. If you have small feet you can’t keep the spacer between your pinky and other toe but still fine. I don’t see how people are comfortable walking in these but that’s not an issue for me. Don’t like the ring type spacer and it’s too small for my husband but for the price I’m fine with just the one set.When I opened the pack I thought the gel texture would feel weird or gross but it’s comfortable
