Nice product and good quality
The media could not be loaded. Cooler is very good but don't expect cooling, I used 1 week no bad smell.Long-lasting product.

Great buy for early summer months.
Throw is excellent even on low level.Noise at low level is manageable. At high, gets out of hand.Great purchase for early summer months.End up cooling the entire floor practically- 900 square feet.

Wrost Product from such a Good brand.
Wrost Product from such a good brand and Worst customer Service. Better than this you should buy an local cooler avialable in the market atleast they will provide you with good service. Within one year of the purchase wheels of the cooler got damaged with proper use and the technician advised that the wheels made to use the cooler without water then whats the use of taking an indoor cooler better to get an desert cooler no problem resolution from Voltas. After one year of the use water pump got stopped working and have to pay heavy charges for the service. So better to think twice before buying coolers of VOLTAS.

wheels are not of good quality.
The product was fine by it's working but it's wheels got damaged within 7 days of use. So it's wheels are not of good quality. I have to put up a replacement for it.

It's good
I bought it on 28-04-2023. And now I am writing it's review after completion of its warranty period. I had used it approx 1 years, it's performance was very good, and I was full of happiness.I was fully satisfied by seeing the brand name. VOLTASbut yesterday 18 sept 2023 when this cooler was breakdown, and I contact with local mechanic, then I know the cooler motor winding is not of copper and it's actually alluminium winding.I became surprised.because by paying a huge amount on cooler price, no one wants alluminium winding motor.
