Works Well
Came undamaged and ahead of schedule. Booted up quickly and was easy to integrate my hardware/software.I don't use it for gaming but it is a pretty fast computer. The keyboard and mouse are cheaply made but I used my own equipment anyway. Good value.

Very Little use and...
This was purchased on Amazon from RefurbChoice as a backup, and it gets very little use. It was great at first; it was fast, with a good amount of storage, and quiet. But, after only approx 30 times used (less than 4 hrs each), I started having problems booting into the Operating System. It would either show "No Signal" message on my monitor, or a Black screen w/ a white non-blinking cursor in the upper left. Ctrl+Alt+Delete wouldn't restart it while it was like this. Simply Powering-off, unplugging (waiting) & re-plugging power, and powering on would NOT work (same problem). The only way to get the Lenovo logo and option to enter BIOS was to pull the CMOS battery from the motherboard, press pwr button to drain residual electr., wait 2,5, 15 min or longer, and the redo and power-on, but it would not boot; I had to go into BIOS, make sure the OS was listed, exit, and restart. That worked a few times, but now it doesn't. When I go into BIOS and then "Save & Restart", it just goes back to "No Signal".I've tried booting from Windows Recovery USB flash drive (thinking it was a boot menu problem), and even put that Hard Drive into another computer, and the HDD was fine and booted normally.Sometime when restating after BIOS, it will give the normal "one-beep" and still show No Signal.I've tried using different monitors, keyboards, mouses, and I've even put a working Hard Drive from a working Lenovo M93P into this computer and I get the same problem.I have just now put in another PCIe graphics card (that doesn't need too much power), thinking that the Intel Integrated Graphics was the problem, but still get the same "No Signal".I'm not sure now if it's a motherboard problem.VERY frustrated, and this PC was purchased (on Amazon) in April 2020 for $238 and used less than 30 times!I cannot recommend buying this, or at least buying it (or anything) from RefurbChoice, at the moment.I'm going to call their tech support, and I will give an update if anything changes.UPDATE: I have tried many times, at different hours and multiple days, to contact them, and have left messages, but ZERO response. Problem continues ( I've also tried changing the RAM).UPDATE2: After talking w/ tech support, and through my own investigating, we realized that it is either a bad motherboard or CPU.The following day I removed the cpu fan & cpu, only to reveal that there were 3 damaged socket pins. It was very clear that this was the source of my problems. I was sent a BAD MOTHERBOARD that slowly manifested itself as bad.I bought a replacement motherboard, but but the Windows 10 product key was attached to the damaged motherboard, and when I called Refurbchoice for another product key they refused, saying the computer was "out of warranty"...which THEY control.I'm extremely unhappy, and would recommend staying away from Refurbchoice/Alta-E.

Good for the money
The computer runs well. It's a bit noisy, which it's weird, but nothing too distracting. When I got it the optical drive wasn't working so they sent me a new one. I really like how they reached out to me right away and try to solve my problem.

Really noisy, audio input doesn't work, keeps shutting down in between
This PC is really loud! Its like a motor jet beside you. And my audio input doesn't even work. This PC also keeps shutting down for no reason and closes the app I am using sometimes. This PC shuts down and makes some weird beeping noises. The speakers in the PC aren't the best too.

Good machine for the money
I've had the machine running for a little over a month. I held off doing a review because I wanted to see how it ran for a bit of time before I wrote a review. So far, I'm pleased. I looked up the manual from Lenovo on this machine and saw that I could put in a maximum of 32 gbs of ram. So that was my first improvement. She buzzed along much faster after that point. My next improvement was I wanted a separate storage, internally. I purchased a PCIe adapter, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GCXCR7W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and also a Samsung M.2 NVMe Interface Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BN4NJ2J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I did have a bit of a problem just because of the way the case is made, sliding in the adapter with the smaller bay storage cover attached, but solved that by taking some needle nose pliers and snapping off the bottom tab on the bay cover. Once I did that it slid right into place and I was able to snap the adapter into the empty x16 slot which was probably originally intended for a video card. I was able to set up the additional drive within 10 minutes. For the money, I'm pleased with this purchase.

Speed
I bought this for work, my IT guy came and hooked it up and it runs great. I always have between 4 to 6 pages open at all times and with this it doesn't slow me down at all.
