This is a workbook and just has questions for the reader to answer.There is no review and worse there is no answers given in the book so you cannot check to see if your work is correct.Then there is no access to the online content either.Some of the questions do not seem to be anything you would need in practice or to know for the registry review exams.I'm returning the books.Mosbys study prep is much better content, with logical review, better questions. and answers.I would not suggest buying this book, no way.

Good to test knowledge and get a feel for test questions but no way to check answers if you have doubts. A major failing of the workbook!

This workbook was prompt and in great condition!!

although the text is good I find it useless to sell a workbook with no answers. Only teachers have access to answers and have the discretion on wether to review them with you. Not good for studying!
