The font is way to small
This book has tremendous information however having to buy a pair of reading glasses to read the book because the font is way to small is not helpful.

Solutions for Breathing Difficulties
My husband was quite pleased to receive the second edition of this book, having read the original edition several years ago. I am certain that the updated information contained will be helpful. Though he has just recently received this book he has been encouraged by what he has read so far.

If you teach yoga or have taught any classes related to breathing, forego this book
If you already know anything about breathing, this book will have nothing you don't already know.

Health and Performance Essential
Excellent book explaining the most important aspect of performance, health and fitness - breathing! The relationship between the diaphragm and pelvic floor is essential to spinal stability (core strength), hip alignment (pelvic/sacroiliac stability) and power production. Connected through fascia this relationship maintains joint alignment and properly services cells.A bit technical if you're not a highly trained fitness or bodywork professional - extremely worth while learning about.

Maybe you're hyperventilating
The author takes a rather chiropractic attitude toward medicine--no drugs, and the problem might very well be in your head. And, of course, it might. A useful complement to ortho medicine, covering several topics which are not part of the standard curriculum.

Essential reading for teachers
As a yoga teacher, I learnt very little about dysfunctional breathing. Whilst that was 10 years ago I’m not sure that’s changed much. Yoga is at the forefront of the movement to help better breathing... and as such yoga teachers should be fully informed about breath biochemistry and postural restrictions so as to best guide students. Don’t miss this!

Comprehensive
Although somewhat technical, this is the most comprehensive book on respiratory disorders. I gained so much knowledge from it. Thoroughly recommend it.
