Works great

Cuts through russet and smaller potatoes like Red and Yukon, but not sharp enough to cut through sweet potatoes. It may be strong enough if you can push down with enough force, but you will probably damage your cutting board by doing so. Easy to clean and built to last.

My kids ordered this without reading the reviews. Not a lot of money, not worth returning, but a waste of money. For me, hand cutting fries is much easier with my arthritis then using this product which require one to cut the potato on top and bottom to a very small size, then press really really hard and on top of with a great amount of weight and force to slice into the potato. At that point, it gets stuck half way into potato, and one has to wiggle and push it, at which point half the fries break in half. Made sturdy, it looks like fine good product, but does not function unless you are Hercules.

It works well. If you have small hands or you're not that strong I'd advise quartering the potatoes first.

Great for making homemade french fries. Solid metal build. The glue or whatever that holds the plastic frame of the metal blades into the solid metal hand grip came loose ( after months of using it daily) And I had to reapply some ape glue to the plastic blade frame to glue it back to the metal housing.But outside of that, It has always worked as intended. Very sharp blades

I thought this would be a good buy, but unfortunately it has ended up being wrong. While this product started out working well, after a few times using it, it started breaking down. The metal blades started bending and eventually broke after just a couple of months using it. Go and get a better product, this one will not last.
