This is a great product. My first time with any Kava, and bought this after lot of research. It is the only product that worked like magic for my anxiety! Absolutely nothing else had worked for more than one or two dosages, with only a temporary or short term promise. Tried many supplements over years. But this product worked from the very first dosage, and consistently every day! No issues on stomach, and no other side effects. Just a great feeling of euphoria and relaxed and happy state! Very very thankful to have found this product. It is the real deal. Please do try it out for yourself. I would of course have been happier with a non-gelatin capsule..and hoping the company comes up with veggies caps in future. Also hoping the company puts out clear Kavalactone percentage and the Chemotype information, etc, as an added info. Communicated with the seller and owner also, and David provided quick responses and good answers.I started with 2 capsules in empty stomach in the morning, and the effect was there for a few hours, and so had 2 more every 4 hours, between meals (reasonably empty stomach). Had 2 about 30 min before sleeping, and my sleep has been the most restful in years! Seemed like I needed just a short sleep to feel rested and was up fresh in the AM. Consistent for several days, so I know this really works for me. I went upto 6-8 capsules in a day initially. Will reduce a bit as Kava will become more effective with continuous use. I am already seeing that effect.Update: after using for a week more, I can say that this is a top quality Kava product! Very effective..results are consistent. I seriously recommend that you try them out for yourself! Price is good. Even if you have double the dosage, ex 8-10 a day, it is great value,.coming up to $16-17 per bottle. First of all I would like to say that this review is about the product only not the seller. The seller did deliver the product on time & I have no fault with them. This was my first time using Kava. I was looking for a natural way to decrease stress and help relax before bedtime. I did not feel any relaxation at all. I tried taking the capsules on an empty stomach and with a small meal to see if there was any difference. There was no impact felt from the product what so ever, so I will not purchase this product again.

Good product

Works really well. Calms and relax after a hectic day

I started out with four capsules for the first dose. Over a period of a few days, I increased the dosage every time until I had quadrupled the amount that I took. Even then the effect on me was so subtle as to be close to non existent. Apparently it does work well for some folks but for me it was a big disappointment. I'll discard the rest of the bottle.

I took the recommended dose of 4 capsules. Felt nothing at all. Took on empty stomach. Still hinting for a brave that works. Years ago I used a product KAVACIN, by phtopharmica. Worked session, can't find it anywhere

I've been purchasing Kava for almost 10 years now and just switched to this brand. Since these are caplets my review does not include thickness/flavor. Value for the money - there is a difference between brands and this brand cares about the product they manufacture. So I am paying about the same but the purity is better so better results.
