Disappointed
Pro:Looks, thinCons:Bluetooth connection issues with One plus 6T. I have versa and charge 2 never faced this problem.I had unpair and re pair which lead to data loss. The step count highly in accurate. Just sitting at my desk for 4 hours and I could see 9000 step counts!😮...Sleep monitor didn't work the very first day itself..Over useless product for me so I requested return today ( just after 2 days)...I would recommend charge 2..

Hands down...the best, most advanced activity tracker in the market
No doubt the best activity tracker in the market. Fitbit claims the Charge 3 to be the most advanced activity tracker currently present in the market, and it DOES live up to it. I was waiting for the Charge 3 for a long time, and bought it as soon as it was launched in India. I'm not a great fan of the smart watches, I prefer analog watches to smart watches. So, I needed something that is sleek, can be worn all day long without any discomfort, with good battery life, waterproof (for swimming) and ofcourse with good and accurate activity tracking. Fitbit Charge 3 fulfilled all my requirements. It's really sleek and lightweight, looks really nice on the wrist, and doesn't even feel you're wearing something. The belts are nice, wide and durable. After 7 days of usage, I can say that the Charge 3 does an exceptional job in accurately tracking each and every activity you perform. Once paired with the phone, the Fitbit app helps in reviewing every workout session, sleep trends (thanks to the new SPO2 technology), calories in/out and many more. The heart rate sensor readings are also quite accurate. Moreover, you can receive phone notifications (like calls, message, WhatsApp, mails etc.) on the Charge 3 and can also perform some basic actions (like reply, delete, receive/decline calls etc.) on it. This is an excellent feature. The screen is quite bright...no problem in viewing things in bright sunlight also. Coming to the battery performance...Fitbit claims a full 7 days of battery backup, and the Charge 3 truly is capable of providing that...sometimes even more. At the end of 7 days, I still had 14% of battery left. Overall...it's worth it. I'm highly satisfied with the product and I believe anyone who buys it, won't be disappointed.

Totally up to expectations!
This is one of the best looking smart fitness band.I find it fairly accurate.I walked for 76 steps but it tracks 72.. so it's fairly accurate. I wish it could have inbuilt GPS. Heart rate tracking is 99.99% accurate. It tracks my sleep really well. I'm quite impressed. Notification and text reply with preset template works really well also face wall is pretty cool.Screen visibility is really descent like my OP6.Sleek design premium look.Should have provided screen protector.. it may get scratch. It charge really fast (20% in 12min) see click. And full charge last for easily 7 days. In 3 days of uses it only took 40% of battery.

Fitbit Charge 3 - Malfunctioning
Hi, This Product was packed well, I received it well. And It worked all fine . unfortunately I had to return this product. There is an error in Fitbit charge 3 itself. The device was tracking my calorie burn and Footsteps wrong. For instance just by standing at one place and combing my hair - the device recorded 500 steps. I commuted in a bus for 90 min without taking a single step & within 90 min I have takes 1000 steps. !!!!.. The calories burnt were as high as 1400+ where as the calorie burn in my IPhone is only around 300 - 400 which is reasonable and is in line with my workout regime. If you follow the Fitbit community discussions you will see similar discussion of footstep and Calorie tracking issue. Fitbit so far has not fixed this bug.Fitbit Charge 2 on the other hand is accurate and has been working fine for a friend of mine. Do a background check before you buy.

Not worth a buy. Too many issues
**Re-posting against the right product***Update on Dec 29, 2019*Definitely not a good buy. Can't even use it as a watch as it starts running slow. Without the ability to sync, there is no way to correct the time. So, it is not even worth as a watch. Support is terrible. No communication and utter disregard to addressing customer issues.*Update on Nov 3, 2019* - this one is as inconsistent as I had experienced in the beginning. The tracker has totally stopped syncing and support is utterly useless and not one to trust. They asked a whole lot of questions and when all else failed they just said that my phone is not supported. I had shared this info when opening the ticket. It is a OnePlus 5T. Can't imagine Android not being supported. Reduced a star. Not worth it as it is now an expensive watch!!***I bought two of these last month - one for me and one for my wife.Overall - I am very underwhelmed with this offering of Fitbit. I expected a lot given the brand name, the pedigree and the lineage but surprisingly it is lackluster.Pros: It has all the promises of the what you need from a good fitness tracker. Offers Heart rate tracking, steps, activities (a limited number of activities like run, walk etc are automatically tracked), Sleep Tracking etc. It is supposed to be water resistant up to 50 mtrs. I have not tried it out and hence can't comment. The build is sturdy. Feels comfortable on the wrist. I especially like the fact that there are 2 straps of diff sizes provided. A decent app. Battery has been amazing. It easily lasts over 5 days. Sleep tracking has been very good. The distance seems to be tracked accurately, as well as the floors climbed, but it seems to over-count the steps. I play badminton and it was automatically recognized as a sport and logs it as an activity. That was helpful.Cons: The app is very basic. I still don't understand why it requires location and Bluetooth to be enabled AND a proper data signal to sync between the phone and the device. Makes absolutely no sense in this day and age. The sync is a disaster. In the 3 weeks I have had the device, I have had issues every week where the app does not recognize the device. You have to do a hard reboot (you can only do this when it is connected to a power outlet!!!) to reset this and you lose all the data that is not yet synchronized. So, better carry the charger with you all the time so that you don't lose data. It is as stupid as it sounds. I thought this was specific to Android but my wife, who uses an iPhone, experienced the same issue as well. Bluetooth connectivity seems to be a problem. The SPO2 tracker is not activated yet.So, overall, it promises a lot but I hope they get their act together in ensuring reliability and also providing insights through a better app. They only need to look at Garmin to see how well they do their job. I am counting on Fitbit to make those strides quickly. It is not a bad buy but be prepared to be disappointed at times.
