I love this stuff. Great bite, great flavor, great snack. These are "formed" yes, but you get a consistency in every one you eat. Other jerkys, some or the bites are good some are Ok, some are not good.This is my goto jerky now. Thanks old trapper!

Yum-o! Jerky is the 8th wonder of the world but this jerky? Extraordinary! The quality, the freshness, the yumminess! This jerky has it all! A mouth watering combination of flavor that dances on your toungue and will make you crave it all day long!

I bought this brand of jerky because I was looking for a high protein snack with a fresh beef jerky taste. These nail the flavor perfectly, I really love how they taste. What I don't like, however, is that the listing for this product has inaccurate nutritional/portion information. The listing shows that 1 piece of jerky is a serving, but the actual product you get advertises 8 pieces/serving. I considered the portion as part of my value assessment, so ultimately I paid way more per serving than I intended, which is very misleading. Also, note that neither of these are actually correct, since 30g of this product (one serving) is typically between 3-4 pieces of jerky, not 1 or 8 as advertised in the listing or on the jar. All in all, the jerky tastes great, but the manufacturer really needs to get a uniform and accurate nutritional label. Take the difference in portions into account when purchasing this, since you're ultimately only getting about 20 portions/servings per container if 30g is truly the serving size.

It's a little sweeter than the truly old-school style, but really good flavor and texture. Unfortunately, it has MSG in it so I can't eat it. (I'm allergic.)

My daughter from Duchesne got me hooked on this jerky.. and normally I love it.. but this last order is gross.. it is covered in grease.. and it taste stale.. not anything like what I'm used to getting from you..I can't even eat it!!.. so disappointing..

These meat snacks are worth what they cost. They were (when I bought them) the lowest cost per ounce jerky item I could find on Amazon. Are they tasty? Sort of. Are they filling? Yup. Are they mind blowing? Nope. I didn’t expect them to be and they weren’t, and that’s OK. I can go spend $40 a pound on artisan jerky at my local hipster sausage place if I want reality-altering level amazing stuff. Will I buy these again? Probably not, but they did the trick in a pinch and for cheap.

Love the size and quantity of what you get here. The disks are perfectly sized to help you savor instead of over-eating which is nice considering how dang expensive jerky gets. Taste good and smokey.They're just slightly on the hard side sometimes, though it's cold here and jerky reacts to temperature pretty quickly.
