Ray-BanRB2185 Wayfarer II Round Sunglasses

I got this pair specifically after seeing John Krasinski wearing it in Amazon's Tom Clancy series. So in that respect, the product placement worked on me. Both frames you see in the photos are 55mm, the Wayfarer 2 (left) is polished black and has polarized lenses and the Wayfarer 1 (right) is tortoise with their original G-15 lenses.The Wf2 sits flatter and rounder on the face. I would say they are leaning on the feminine side, whereas the Wf1 were universally unisex. The temples are also thinner and shorter on the Wf2, giving it a more modern and clean aesthetic. During the initial wearing you will find that the Wf2 will fit snugger even though they are the same size. If you thought prior versions of the Wayfarers were tight, these may be uncomfortable.Couple of things I would point out, the temples on the Wf2 are stiffer and narrower and do not have a great deal of flex compared to the previous version. I do not recommend to prop this particular model over your head.

I’ve been wearing these sunglasses for about 3 or 4 years. I finally broke them so I wanted the same pair. I got black this time and tortoise originally. Both are cute! But most importantly very comfortable. I get headaches easily and these are the best sunglasses I’ve ever had

The sunglasses are attractive but fit terribly. They feel very heavy when on and constantly slip down the nose. Very disappointed.

Elegantes

Cute sunglasses and I may repurchase at a physical store to avoid any potential damage issues. The glasses I received had a big spot where it is rough right on the lense.

Nice glasses. I wanted sunglasses with a little attitude. These were the perfect choice. They do not seem sized for men. My husband tried them on and the width of the frames and arms were too small. I took off one star because the arms were very crooked which made them sit crooked on my face. With a little tweaking they are now acceptable (not perfect). I suppose that is why they were cheaper than other sellers. I am happy with the sunglasses and I love wearing them.

Hopefully this image will help since there weren’t any when I looked. I love them! I wish they were polarized but I wanted a darkLens where you couldn’t see my eye through and my understanding is polarized don’t come that way. I have a longer thinner head and they fit perfect. I’ve tried on some ray bans in the past that were too loose. These seem sturdy. May look too small on a bigger head. Love the feminine shape too. I got the tortoise with dark grey lens. Its subtle tortoise not like photo looked. Nice case. Hope the lens don’t scratch easily.

In the description it says made in Italy but actually I see the print which says made in China. Also, the glue around the frame is questionable.
