Lottie Pool Party Doll

This was a gift for a 4 year old girl. She adored the doll, the costume and accessories which have all been in the bath.

Brilliant doll for girls, they look like girls, not models. Over the years I bought my now 9 year old Granddaughter most of the Lottie dolls and accessories and she loves them. This one she got for Christmas and she couldn't wait to take her in the bath. She dries within a few minutes of coming out of water. Great fun for little girls without making them think they have to look like a model.

I like these dolls because they are a change from the usual Barbie. We have a few of the dolls and they are lovely but we bought this set specifically so our child could play with it in the bath but the flamingo float doesn't inflate well. The air valve doesn't close properly so as soon as you close it it pops open again. Also all the air comes back out while you are trying to close it. If we just bought this as another doll it would have been nice but because we bought it as a bath toy it's been very disappointing.

Doll and flamingo are ok but robe and armbands don’t stay on. As per other Lottie dolls, this one is made well but it is as good to be prewarned they are all smaller than a Barbie doll - or it will be a surprise when it arrives to see its small size! Age 4 upwards?

My niece has the strength of the nine year old she is, with the brain of a three year old with Down syndrome requiring constant watching, wherever she might be. It was bath-time, her favourite family inter-action so Lottie’s Pool Party Doll set went down favouriely. Despite her Dad having mega-struggles replacing Lottie’s summer skirt for her tight fitting swimsuit.’Blowing-up the flamingo rubber styled ring’ was none-too easy either but my niece was so excited to be able to float lottie in their bath and for once she and her mum and her dad enjoyed much merryment and there were smiles all round until it was time to get out of the bath. Then mega tears followed mega tears but mummy’s promise to make daddy his favourite chicken sandwich finally enabled mummy to empty the bath, get my niece ready for bed and daddy ready for his chicken sandwich.

My seven year old has grown out of the usual squeaky toys and requested something to replace them. A quick search revealed the Lottie Pool Party Doll. The doll is solid bodied and therefore there’s no danger of bath water remaining stuck in the doll. The doll is dressed in a swimsuit complete with a small hooded poncho, arm bands and an inflatable flamingo which the doll can sit in whilst on the water. The seven year old loves it and that makes it a good buy. I award five stars. Happy shopping.

My 7 year old has a few Lottie Dolls and I have to say this is her (and my) favourite. The accessories are more interesting (the armbands, swimsuit and flamingo inflatable are all very sweet). She took it on holiday and played very happily with it in the pool and since at home in the bath.

I really want to love these dolls because the whole concept is lovely. The problem is, the quality is so poor. We have this Lottie and a few others including the fairy. The clothes are poorly made with stitching that unravels, uneven hems, loose seams etc. The valve on the inflatable for this doll doesn't close properly so it slowly deflates, resulting in a frustrated child. Also, the legs randomly pop off of all of our Lottie dolls. Again this really frustrates my daughter who is 6 years old and doesn't handle her toys roughly. I think we will give up now and not put anymore money into the Lottie brand.

These dolls actually look like little girls of eight or nine years, rather than mini adult wannabe's that so many of the dolls are now. I would have adored these as a young girl, and I love them now as a many, many years older girl. My one complaint is that there aren't enough clothes choices to buy unless one buys another doll with the desired outfit. I have three of the dolls and don't require another! People are starting to talk. Lol. I would recommend Lottie dolls to anybody with kids or grandkids between seven and twelve, or for friends who love dolls.

Lottie molto diversa dalle solite .sarà un regalo di Pasqua quindi ancora chiusa , ma dell esterno della scatola si vede che è molto graziosa .Come le altre che già ho regalato alla nipotina .questa è la sesta .....

Me encantan estas muñecas, esta en particular tiene el pelo algo mal cortado, de cualquier manera es muy bonita, creo que valían más la pena cuando rondaban los 600 pesos

die puppe selbst ist wie erwartet, aber der flamingo-schwimmreifen verliert luft, da sich der verschluss innerhalb von sekunden selbsttätig öffnet. somit ist er leider nicht zu gebrauchen und war doch mit ein hauptgrund, dieses set zu kaufen.

Looks to offer lots of fun but Christmas is still awhile off. Have also bought the Lottie & Dog to offer the receiver additional activities.
