While in Ireland my husband got a really bad cough and I got these for him. Although he ended up with pneumonia after we got home, these lockets cough drops really helped his cough. The lemon honey in the muddle really soothes the throat.

my parents brought some back from the UK this winter, and i immediately bought these. they are the best ever. they quiet my cough, but also clear up my sinuses. they are my go to!

I love these. I like to dissolve two of these in an 8 ounce cup of hot water. Once water cools to a warm touch I drink them.

Great stuff. I had bronchitis in England last year and this was the last thing that I had every night. I could not find anything as good in the U.S.I only wish that I could buy some of the English medicines from Boots in the U.S.

First bought these in Europe when I had a dry cough from too much air conditioning. They worked great - one always did the trick.
