Excellent and well-written book! Great as a gift to the soon-to-be new mama. You can give advice, but they won't take it. Give them a book and "pow," it was their idea all along! :)

This book is super informative and very easy to read, delivered in plain language, important when you are many weeks pregnant and just want to find a solution to your back pain. Dr. Nemchenko provides a broad cross-section of useful information and great suggestions that will be very helpful for the entire pregnancy and beyond. An excellent read.
