I found this product works the best for me. I have had menopause for several years...this helps with making the libido happy :) keeps tissues moist and flexible! :) It didn't address the hot flashes that I could tell. I use rhubarb products for those. I like Dr. Northrup and her products. This product has a natural folic acid vs the synthetic version!

This product made me breakout on my face day 6 of using it twice daily. I would like to return it for a refund but it says it won’t let you return it. Noticeable rash on my face after using and I normally have perfect skin with no blemishes. Discontinued tonight!

Starting taking on a Sunday and by Thursday started with severe abdominal cramping. Took four days to subside. This was listed as a side effect. Had not yet experienced hot flash relief.

I can't tell that Amata Life Plus helps with my hot flashes, but I found a definite improvement in my joints. My joint pain lessened, quite dramatically, after having taken this product for several weeks. I went off of it for a month or two and the pain returned. So I went back on the product and sure enough, the joint pain lessened greatly. I love it for this reason; I can do yoga when I'm taking the product, and I can't when I don't.
