Solid Build Yet Light to Carry
I bought this to use with the Post-it Easel Pads, 25" X 30". Worksd well. The only drawback is when using the Post-its is there is no handy way to keep the pens with the easel. I lose stuff all the time so that's not good for me, so I will have to figure that out. But otherwise this is a solid yet easily transportable easel. I often shorten the legs and put it on a table. Works well either on the floor with the legs fully extended or on a table top.

Decent buy for the money
The easel is okay - shipping was fast. The top section bolt has problem holding the paper on straight and so the top tips a bit. Used cardboard in a pinch to stabilize.

OK quality given the price, but the Flip Chart Holder is dangerous
The quality is OK given the price point. It probably doesn't withstand every day professional use, but should be fine for occasional use. It is light weight, so carrying it around won't be a problem. The problem I see is the horizontal flip chart holder. The edges of the holder is jagged and could rip your skin or clothing. Filing the edges won't help since the material used is grooved aluminum. No matter how to file, the edges are still jagged. I am thinking of adhering some rubber or plastic material on the edges. I think this is a serious safety issue. You could try to be careful. But if someone else walks by and gets caught by one of the edges, it could be a liability issue. Also, the jagged edges can be a problem when you carry it around. If you put in a bag, the bag could be damaged. If you carry it around without any cover, then it could damage other properties or human being.

Worked but not great
It is very lightweight and compact, but the hole in the flip chart holder that is supposed to fit over the screw to hold it onto the easel was too small. I had to open it up a bit using a metal file to get it to fit over the screw. Once I did that , the wing nut that screws on to hold the bar in place worked fine and amazingly it was sturdy enough to hold the flip chart in place. The flip chart bar is on a spring mechanism and it did take two of us to get the chart in place - one to hold the spring bar open and the other to slip the chart in - but that also meant that it did hold the chart firmly in place. I had a gift card that brought the cost down significantly - if I had paid full price I probably would have returned it rather than going through all the effort of having to make it work. Will I keep it - yes. Would I buy another one - no.

Incorrect Dimensions
The opened case is 38" long, but the flap folds down to adhere with velcro at about 34.5" length. While it will HOLD a 36" tripod, it will not be closed or secured on one end.

Easel for flip charts or posters
What a great item at a great price. The legs are sturdy enough, the removable flip chart holder spring strong enough, the chart arms long enough. I don't think it would stand up to heavy use, or be good to use for children as it is light and portable. It doesn't have a pen tray, but did I mention it is light and portable! Great to have along in case they don't have an easel when you get to your presentation destination.

Egh
Arrived in less-than-new condition. Seems used or banged up. It doesn't come with instructions on how to set it up. Forgive me for not being a teacher / presenter for 20 years and knowing how to build this thing.
