Winco Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Brazier with Lid, 20 Quart

I feed a family of 5 and needed to upgrade to a pot with more real estate. I ordered the 25 quart model and was pleased to see how massive it is! I have an average stove that has 8-inch diameter large burners. The pan almost covers 2 burners. It feels well-made, has a beautiful finish, and there were no manufacturing or shipping damages. The pan has an inner diameter just over 18 inches. Measuring from the outside, the depth is about 6 inches. For scale, I sat the my 8 qt stock pot inside. My stock pot, which has a 10 inch diameter and depth a little over 6 inches, has the most volume of all the cookware I own. Yet, it was dwarfed by the 25 qt big'n. Before I received this in the mail, I read another person's review here about needing to return their's due to it being too large. Due to the modest size of my kitchen and range, I feared I would need to do the same. However, after receiving the pan and adjusting the feet on my stove to gain more clearance above the adjacent countertops, I have zero reasons to return this brazier. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and will be keeping this bad boy!

Very wide bottom suitable for rice dishes which need more surface area, thick and sturdy 100% value for money. I cooked Biryani rice dish in it.

Great for those large gathering meals. This pan is very durable and great for making carnitas, egg rolls, soup or whatever. It is the perfect size for the stovetop and cleans up well.

The media could not be loaded. It was perfect for my carnitas. I was so happy I could use two side burners. Super heavy duty, it’s heavy. Looks like It will last for years.The top is also of very good quality. I order the used one and it was basically brand new.I add milk to my carnitas so some of it got stuck on the bottom, I let it sit for about an hour with hot water and it was so easy to clean. 1000% love it!I order the 20qt and 30 qt one bc i wasn’t sure about the size i needed. I thought I could always return the one I don’t need. Big mistake. I can’t return the other one! Not because they won’t take it back but bc I can’t give it up. I want then both. 30qt one was perfect to make a whole tray of carnitas and the 20qt is perfect for a nice big batch of mexican rice.

Beautiful pan overall very heavy duty. The only complain and the reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because packaging needs to be a little better. The box was barely hanging on, the pan and Lid both have dents

Exactly what I needed! Great quality product! I don’t do aluminum or nonstick, so was very glad to find a stainless steel option at such a great price!
