Love, love, love, love, love recipes using fish and/or seafood and Eric Ripert is the best. So happy to add this cookbook to my collection of Eric Ripert recipes. Glad that he is willing to share with us!

This cookbook features amazing recipes, but many of them have hard-to-get ingredients for he home cook. So, although awesome recipes, photos, etc., I cannot totally recommend.

Complex recipes broken down into simple steps. If have never tried cooking fish then this is the book for you. If you love cooking fish this book will help you up your game.

This book is delightful and beautiful.

I like it. Was looking for more from this culinary genius however.

Love the book. Very interesting technique and can’t wait to try them out.

Although I personally do not have the "wherewithal" (including opportunity and largesse) to go to restaurants of Mr. Ripert's or other famous chefs, I do love to cook and see how close I can come to imitating a recipe proffered in his cookbook. I have to get over the fear and just try my best. This book is so perfect with all the photographs of the ingredients as well as presentation of the plated dish itself...it doesn't matter if I can't keep my mis en place the way Mr. Ripert does, by some miracle I produce a very wonderful dinner. And, of course, since I certainly do not have the access to ingredients offered in a 4-star restaurant, I feel free to substitute. This wonderful cookbook gives you the courage to at least "follow" if not to create.

Very nice. A simple and straightforward way of presenting recipes from a master. I liked the style and the choice pf recipes presented.
