This stuff worked for me almost immediately. I was suffering badly from hot flashes and I was only sleeping a few hours a night and had major night sweats. Literally two days after taking these everything was better!! I’ve been taking it 2 weeks I think and I barely get hot flashes at all during the day and I sleep great! No hot flashes at all while I sleep ( although I sleep during the day because I work over night) for $20 this stuff is definitely worth trying!! I’m hooked! Also, I got that wild yam cream or whatever and because this product works so well, that cream doesn’t seem to make a difference at all. I still use it tho!

OMG! It really works! I read others reviews and was skeptical but had to try it out, figured it was just $20 to try it. My hot flashes were sooo bad, I could barely sleep, and during the day I had probably 10 or more that felt like I just ran a few miles, forehead perspiration, neck hot, my entire upper body was hot. These were different than the previous perimenopause night sweats and “warm” flashes, these were so severe I had to have a handheld misting fan handy at all times. There were crazy! I even went to my doctor to discuss HRT mostly for these symptoms, so while waiting for blood work to come back I decided to give these a try, and within the very first week I noticed I barely had any hot flashes, and somedays I had NONE! Been taking these now for 2+ weeks and it’s a life saver for my symptoms, so far. I’m So thankful I gave it a try. I definitely will be buying them again. I do keep in mind the other reviews stated “over time hot flashes came back”, so I’m also being more self aware of how I feel, and noting all the hot flashes I do have to see if anything changes. But for $20, definitely worth a shot.

I subscribed to these. And some how I canceled my subscription. So I fixed it. But so far 1 week without and I'm going crazy cause night sweats are so bad, and during the day I get so hot, that the back of my hair, my back, between my breasts gets wet. I start to sweat. When I take these my night sweats are sometimes just once or twice a week and helps so much with the day time ones. I work in a restaurant so when I'm moving around with hot flashes it's the worst, but these pills take care of the hot flashes and yeah I still get a little hot but not like when I'm not taking them. This is the main reason I got them and it helps, the other symptoms it's suppose to help I haven't noticed anything. I've never been a good sleeper. Mental symptoms from menopause not sure if I've got that issue. But for hot sweats 100% great product..

I was suffering with hot flashes like I was sitting in the bowels of hell next to Beelzebub himself. There were days they were coming every hour on the hour. Horrible stop you in your tracks, full body internal heat waves. Insomnia, body aches, hot flashes. I had the whole lottery of menopause. I was so sceptical of any meds or supplements putting a dent in my suffering. Based on the reviews, I was like what the heck, I'll try anything, chanting, rituals, exorcism. Some reviews said it took up to 28 days to see any progress or relief. 2 weeks, it took 2 weeks for me. My husband noticed right away. He said your mood is better. I'm not drenching the bed in sweat. I will be going into my 3rd month on Estroven. There have been no changes in hot flashes. Still get a few very mild ones that last seconds. For me only worked for about two weeks, and then my hot flashes continued, and I was still woken up in the middle of the night. I wanted to return the one sold later, but I didn't return it just because it was medicine.
