I can't believe I am saying this but this tool and Miele in general make that dreaded vacuuming task so much easier. I never thought i's see the day when I willingly vacuumed and did not get a backache after that exercise. This tool allows me to easily vacuum under low furniture. It has more and softer brushes than the tool that came with my vacuum (cheapest model). I,have only wood or tile floors with the occasional rug. This tool is perfect for the wood and tile. The tool has a great flex, turns at the connection to the wand. So the brush part can stay level to,the floor but you can turn the hose to allow the brush to slide easily under furniture and turn corners. It's much easier to vacuum around chair and table legs and actually vacuum. I have a dog and know how the dog hair gathers around wooden legs. This device easily sucks up that hair that gathers in awkward places p. I can vacuum with out having to change to a different brush or as was often just with the bare hose. this brush makes vacuuming so much easier and efficient no need to change brushes in mid vacuum. plus again no backache. The funny thing though is this piece comes direct from Germany so it has a customs clearance that requires your signature. Shipment is quick it took about 10 days even with the signature requirement.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Light as a feather and extremely articulating. Allows you to clean under most furniture and can get in areas where the combo attachment will not be able.

I bought a new Miele Parquet Twister because my old one wore out after 20 years. Yup. My Miele vacuum is very old but still working well. This parquet twister works perfectly on wood or tile floors.

The Miele SBB300-3 Parquet floor brush is a great addition to a Miele upright vac, because it allows you to clean the hard floors such as tile, hardwood, vinyl - without danger of scratching. Most of the Miele uprights allow you to shut off the beater brush when going over your smooth floor, and I use this feature routinely - so why pay extra for this floor brush?- The soft-ish bristles and hairs will do a much better job removing surface dust from hard floors than suction alone. While a once-over with the upright is okay most of the time, sometimes you need a more thorough cleaning.- Reaches into the crevaces, such as the grooves in many hardwood floors, and the groutlines in tile floors, etc. Getting the brush into these areas removes dust and dirt that suction alone often misses.- More manuverable and can reach places that the upright cannot. The pivot of this brush is great and it is effortless to glide along and into small areas. Also reaches under things better.In addition to the above, I like the design of the brush. It is made of sections of long hairs and sections of short hairs in an alternating pattern. This allows dirt and debris to easily enter between the long sections and get sucked up - instead of everything clinging to the outside of the brush, having to be removed by hand.The only thing I really don't like is the price. This brush is not cheap, by any means. I bought it anyway, and I like it a lot, but the price is really hard to justify.

I have engineered hardwood floors, and got the much-touted Miele vacuum. I am pleased with the vacuum itself, but dragging that all-purpose vacuum head around was (1) a pain - literally and (2) it scratched my floor if sometime gritty got under the roller. It also started making a hideous screeching sound when I pushed it across the floor. Finally I bought this brush head for my hardwood floors, and it is life-changing. SO much easier to use, lighter, and no scratching. I love it. I have two complaints with the company, tho. The price of this thing is ridiculous, and they should have included it in the ridiculously-priced vacuum to start with. Still, if you don't have it, buy it. It's great.

Miele Parquett Twister SBB 300-3: If you're using the single floor attachment that came with the Miele Complete C3 Alize (green color), you'll want to get this hard floor attachment; it's better. The original floor attachment fhat came with the Alize has a two-position switch, one for hard floors and on for low-pile carpets. The Parquett Twister is a better hardfloor attachment; you'll need to turn-down the suction on the vacuum so you can better control the floor attachment. See my other review on the carpet attachment (Turbo) that has a non-electrical power head and does a good job of sweeping low-pile carpet. Had I known how the two-position floor attachment performed, I would have shopped for a different model of the Miele Complete C3 canister vacuum. Get the non-electric power head models with the two separate floor attachments. Both floor attachments cost me an additional $175.00. Add that costs to the cost of your Miele vacuum. Additionally, be aware, some of the Amazon vendor will try to sell you "HyClean" dust bags. Don't get caught up will the false advertising of vendors who advertise "AirClean" dust bags, but send you "HyClean" bags instead; Miele doesn't recommend using their "HyClean" bags for Miele USA products. BEWARE!

Wow, this has made a good machine brilliant. I homeboard dogs, dog hairs everywhere, Dysons, Hoovers, etc. couldn't cope, rollers kept getting clogged, but this is brilliant on hard floors, easy to manouevre, angle into corners, the dog hairs stick to the bristles as well as get pulled into the dustbag, and so easy to remove the hairs off the attachment. Just can't say how pleased I am with this product, it has really made a difference to cleaning - brilliant!!!

Love the way this vacuum head swivels and is so easy to use. Very pleased with this purchase and the speedy delivery.

Ho pavimenti sia di parquet sia di ceramica, ho preso questa spazzola da sostituire a quella in dotazione (x tappeti e pavimenti) e al momento mi trovo molto bene è silenziosa e scorrevole.Vorrei aggiungere una cosa molto importante, questa spazzola non è per tappeti (rivolto a chi dice che si incolla al tappeto, per quelli c'è un accessorio diverso) infatti è per parquet e pavimenti duri, ceramica, marmo ecc. ha attacco snodabile e fa si che entri anche in spazi ridotti, per me è un ottimo accessorio Miele, se posso dire indispensabile per pulire pavimenti.
