It looks good but over time the coating on the hose starts to flake off and gets all over you and your shower.

Assembly broke in the center. No way to repair. I did not reach out to seller, just weak parts.

Quality was better than I thought it would be. No problems with assembly. I’m using it in an outdoor situation and the installation needed ie. plumbing some tweaks. All Happy with this product.

Package arrived in tact and it looks as expected. We have not installed the product as of yet- it is for our outdoor shower, new construction.

The media could not be loaded.  When the water turns on, the shower head raises and leaks at the connection. The lock is tightened all the way down but still slides up. I am afraid that the unit will separate and damage my tub or break the shower glass door. It is a nice unit but unsure how to resolve this issue. If the seller cannot resolve, I will need to return and go with another unit.

Not as shown in the images. They show a tub fauxet includes and there no no included faucet in adtion there in new verticle bar included.Waste of money
