It isn't the best quality ever, but the hat looks exactly like the picture in the listing and arrived in good shape. It has an elastic that goes under the chin to keep the hat on. My daughter is 3 and it fit well with a little big of room for growth.

This is beautiful and good quality hat. It looks just as pictured. It was a little small for my 10 year old. She did wear it at a tea party, but it was a little tight on her. I would recommend it for girls under 10.

Good quality for the price and kept its shape well. Have ordered other hats in the past that were so misshaped I couldn't use. It went perfect with her Easter dress. Will order again in a different color.
