Not a long read, but fun

This book was a great transition to a new arc. It also highlighted Felicity Leon and Amy. The scooby gang actually got to be independentMy only complaint is with Amazon. The book downloaded on 4/30, but due to a glitch at Amazon I and many others, only got the pre-order placeholder. It then took more than 24 hours to correct, on top of that Amazon, e en knowing this was their issue, blamed the author/publisher.

The case is solved nicely -- with Felicity and Leon mostly done the grunt work. Alec is teaming up with Merlin more, as well as trying to help Mallory this time around. I wish the story is longer

Enjoyed the story immensely! A little predictable and neat, and by that I mean characters do what they’re supposed to do when they are supposed to do them. Example: Mallory stays behind to do what she says she’s going to do, instead of leave, which would have been a surprise...that sort of thing. But, overall, solid and enjoyable to read.

A thoroughly entertaining read. Love love love the quirky paranormal humor of Adam Wright. Great new author with a fresh new perspective. I look forward to continuing the series for a long time.

Seriously, who places a 1 Star review on a book (6th in the series, so you obviously know the author provides solid work) when the seller, Amazon, is the one with the issue. Seriously. Who does this? I'll update my review once I've gotten to the sweet sweet end of this work. And then, tea.

Wonderful cast of characters. Stories are fast paced, consistent and detailed appropriately. I have enjoyed these books greatly. You should as well.

Got the first one free (good marketing Amazon). These books are well written, the characters are likeable but not sickly sweet. The plot is different enough to be original and each books slides nicely into the next without the hated cliff-hanger. If you like the description in listing go for it. The first book was a bit on the short side, that would usually make me pass on it, I am very happy that I didn't.

A great read though I wish it was longer. This one just seemed a little rushed. Nevertheless, I'm eager to read the next book in the series which I noticed is coming out shortly. Looking forward to it!

I always enjoy this series however I found the book to be a challenge to get through. Still a good read but I found it a little one dimensional with the encounters littered throughout being too short and abrupt. Won't stop me getting the next book. Just want the audio's to catch up.
