Sorry, these are not bar mops they are wash clothes. A bar mop is much larger. These are nice and thick I will keep them instead of sending them back, but if they were larger like the my bar mop on the left they would be perfect. Looks like someone put the wrong size in the package.

Very soft and absorbent, a nice generous size, but the amount of lint that comes off of these in the dryer is incredible. I have run these through the washer and dryer twice in a row and the lint trap is always chock full of lint. I hope it starts to decrease within a few more washes! I plan to use these as rags to absorb excess water from my paintbrush when I am watercolor painting. I hope lint doesn't come off into the bristles of my brush.UPDATE: after only three washes, these are looking ratty and dingy. They have only been used to absorb excess watercolor paint and water from my paintbrushes, but they do leave lint in the bristles, which then deposits itself all over my painting. Can't use these for that purpose. Going to use them as household rags now, which I think they'll work well for.

The packaging said this was the product I ordered but this is not what I received. No ribbing at all. These bar mops fell apart in the wash (I wash everything before use) and there was so much lint from them that they clogged my dryer. I have had to wash them multiple times just to be able to use them outside of my washroom. There is floating lint and fabric strings all over my house and carpets. My husband doesn't even want to use them as oil rags in his garage. I guess I will have to chalk this experience as a loss because there is nothing to send back to Amazon except a box of lint and thread strings. If there were a -5 stars that would be my rating.

The towels feel thin and rough. Purchased for housecleaning service to use instead of their raggedy, linty towels. These are an improvement. Not lint free but better that the tattered ones. I was disappointed at how rough they feel. Absorbency seems okay. Adequate for the job.

Disappointed! These look nothing like the sellers photo! I'm attaching a couple of photos to show what I received. The ones I received are very loopy, lots of stray threads, and the weave on the towels is very loose & loopy. The towels are not bright white like the seller photo shows, they are very dingy. Very disappointed, these would probably end up falling apart if they were laundered. Returned this item, was a complete waste of time.

It says the towel is 16x19. The towels I received were 14x16. They are thin and not worth the price.

I got tired of using so many expensive paper towels and staining “fancy” dish towels, and investing in these terry towels was a great choice. They are more absorbent and durable than paper towels and normal dish towels. I use them for everyday dish towels, kitchen cleaning, dusting, and more, and no matter what I get on them they come out of the wash as good as new. Since they are all white you can use hot water in the wash and even chlorine bleach if you have to, but I’ve found regular detergent and non-chlorine bleach are enough. I’ve saved a considerable amount of money on paper towels already. Great choice.

Per instructions, I washed & tumbled dry before use to achieve the best absorbency. After 10 minutes in the dryer, the lint trap was bulging with a thick layer of "lint fabric". Afterwards each towel had to be picked at to remove lint balls and loose strings at some of the seams. Not a great first impression.I will still use them, but if they wash up like they did the first time, they'll be going into the trash.
