Expert Pole Dancing: For Fitness and Fun Kindle Edition

The best thing about this series of books is probably the pictures of almost every move. If you are familiar with Pole Dancing they are helpful however the descriptions can be confusing especially for someone new to Pole. The Author seems to have been making notes and never fully edited the descriptions. With some better descriptions, editing and grammar this series wouldn't be that bad. However if you have never Poled before, this is not the way to start. Find a reputable studio where there is an instructor who can teach you safely.

The descriptions of the moves are ridiculously sparse and basic and there are no illustrations of the intermediate steps required. Total waste of money.
