Great PC, great customer service
This computer is awesome. I don't play this latest and greatest games, but rather the 2-3 year older games on Steam. This computer handles that flawlessly. This computer came with no instructions to get started. I was confused about the initial setup and I have built several computers in the past. First, it came with a box of computer hardware tucked in a hard drive slot. To access this, you had to take off the rear panel which is a pain as that is the panel where you have to be careful not to crush the wires when reinstalling. In addition, the I/O shield around the DVI monitor slot for integrated graphics was blocked by a piece of the metal tab. These are minor issues, but I deducted a star for it as it is something that could be improved upon.Customer support was extremely prompt in answering questions and knowledgable. I cannot state this enough, their customer support is truly awesome. I would buy from this company again without a second thought.

Good Luck Building One For This Price
1. I have had this a little over a month. 2. I am not a gamer. Maybe when Jedi: Fallen comes out...maybe...I do use this PC for editing video and I wish it had more RAM. That is totally my fault though, so I did not take it out on SkyTech. Plenty of ports for everything. Make sure you see that the monitor cables need to be DISPLAY PORT cables. There is an HDMI port from the video card too, if that helps. No VGA ports to use - even though one shows on the back. There is a video card (and a real nice one for this price) so that means onboard video ports (like the aforementioned VGA) are shut off. It is FAST, the video is SMOOTH and it boots up like a rocket. Which reminds me, it is a large box. I replaced an 8 year old tower that i had duct-taped enough upgrades to just so I edit, but, alas, finally the software outran the 8-year-old tech, and this tower is taller and just as wide. I have added a 2TB exernal drive to go with my dinosaur 1TB external and right now I have enough memory hold my 28 years of marriage and kids worth of photos and videos. I am saying the hard drive is 500GB and you need to take note of it. Unless your job is editing and you make your living off of it, this PC is good for a lot of home-use situations.UPDATE: The customer service is freindly, helpful, and quick. And excellent.

Excellent PC for my purposes
So I've had this now for almost 9 months, and it works great. I'm not a HUGE gamer, as the only biggish game I've played on this PC since I've gotten this was "A Plague Tale: Innocence." But this game ran smoothly with the exception of a few very short freezes of the game on one specific area of the game. I'm not that privy to these things so I have no idea if it was the game or the PC, but it seems to me that it would have to be the game itself, since for the rest of the game there were no problems. Anyway, it's fairly quiet and I'm very happy with my purchase, as it was easy to start up when I first got it (with the exception of not knowing where the power button was - I'll just tell you if you are a complete newbie to desktop PCs like me, it's on the top front right; top front left is reset) and it has ran great all this time. Also, I discovered today that you will probably want to occasionally and regularly run your finger across the front bottom "grate" where air is sucked in from the fan pushing air out the back, as there will be a significant amount (if you wait 9 months like me) of lint on the front of it, especially if your home gets very dusty like mine does for some reason.

Best gaming computer for the money
Having a history of building my own PCs, I had some doubts about it being pre-built. But boy was I wrong. The PC arrived 3 days early which was an unexpected surprise. I opened the box and it took me about 5 min to plug in the single plug and turn it on, that and 10 min ogling over its components. Starting the computer was mesmerizing, seeing the LED colors light up and the silent hum of the fans come to life. Now as far as gameplay goes, I have been playing all of my steam games for around 3 weeks now from low intensity platformers to mainstream FPSs, all of which I have maxed out the graphics and I have yet to see the frame rate drop below 30 fps. The 500SSD drive allows the computer to start within 20 seconds and normal computing and file finding is far faster than my old one.The only downside I have is that the complementary keyboard and mouse are pretty cheap feeling and are not the best quality. The mouse is trash and you won't really be able to play first person shooters with great accuracy, the sensitivity is way off. Also I had a bit of trouble turning the LED lights off on both of them even after the PC was turned off. There is also no manual for the keyboard so it took me a while to even know that it lit up. (its PrtSc), But hey, it's complementary.Overall, I would highly recommend this computer if you want a pretty nice gaming rig for fairly cheap. It's great for all types of gaming and I will likely be buying from skytech again.

This WHOLE page is filled with complete inaccuracies and false information
This WHOLE page is filled with complete inaccuracies and false information (Look deeply and see how nothing matches up)For Instance, it says "Graphics Card Ram Size 6 GB" - No, it comes with a 3GB GPU, which absolutely sucks (Can hardly run WarZone on Low-Mid Settings, BARELY can run any F1 game)- The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Graphics Card can NOT handle any games at High/Ultra High Settings, I promise you. You can NOT Play AND Stream at the same timeHas issues like every other day
