Excellent Product
All items baked using this product are fantastic. Have prepared all recipe's listed on the container as well as several of my old-school recipe's and have received many compliments regarding flavor.

I may not be a great baker......so
I still haven't understood the difference between this flour and just regular flour, but, as a fan of the Great British Baking show, I am really really really trying to believe that something amazing is happening. I just haven't been able to discern it yet. If I could get one question answered by the people that make this, it would be: "why does it look like it is in the packaging from 1960?" But literally, thats it. Prove me wrong, bake a better "sponge" than me and show me why its better!
