The sizing is true to size. I'm 5' 3" and wear a size 4 in jeans, a size Small fits good. Obviously lab coats are not meant to be fitted, the coat reaches past my knees and have some room in the chest/belly area ( so if you wear a sweater underneath you will still have room)

Q: Is this product 100% cotton?

Yes, although Bulwark offers an alternative fabric, This item is 100% Cotton Indura by WesTex, an Arc Rated Fabric. I have purchased several of these and they are fine if you are under 5'10" in height. I am 6'5" and these are vastly too short. I gave them away
