Great Keto baking
This cookbook has a lot of good recipes and I like the fact that a lot of them make very small amounts so you don’t waste a lot of ingredients if you don’t like it. I also like that it includes nutritional facts for each recipe and a photo.One thing the recipes don’t do, however, is cream the butter and sugar substitute, then add eggs and vanilla, etc. and then add to the dry ingredients. I feel that’s a pretty important process to follow to achieve the best results when baking, even with Keto and gluten-free baking.I would purchase this book again!

Amazing!
I love this cookbook! I have always had a sweet tooth and have struggled to stay on track eating healthy because of it. This cookbook makes it much easier!

Easy-to-follow recipes; some require ingredients are somewhat obscure, but not impossible to find
I need to follow a high protein, low sugar diet - a bit tricky when you have a sweet tooth! It has several other restricted dietary features in all of the recipes, but I got it strictly for the low sugar aspect. I was not expecting any recipes to have a decent protein content, but there are some recipes that call for pureed beans; was surprised & pleased to see them. She uses several different ingredients to substitute for sugar, but they are not all "even swaps". I would've loved to have seen a table showing equivalents if I wanted to use a different substitute than the one in the recipe. Overall, though, it is a very nice cookbook with lots of "typical" dessert favorites - nothing crazy fancy, just normal, everyday stuff you would feed your family regularly. The recipes are also easy to follow - my oldest has limited baking experience & was able to make a dessert without any assistance. It was very yummy & turned out great!

Creative and helpful!
This book is so well thought out. I have tried 3 or 4 recipes and I just wanted to come back here to say that they were all delicious. I love that just about every recipe can fit all the main diet restrictions.

Great tasting healthy desserts
Love love love this cookbook. I have a lot of family members with different dietary needs (gf, df, vegan etc..). This book is one stop baking. You wont regret buying it.

Not My Go-To
While this book is generally okay, it's definitely not my go-to baking book because of the ingredients. So many recipes require a bunch of different alternatives to normal ingredients and they're not things I usually keep in the house at all times. For example, almond flour, xanthan gum, agave, vegan butter, e.g. Those aren't things I have on-hand and I don't feel like buying a bunch of random ingredients I would only use for ONE recipe (and not all of the recipes use the same ingredients so I'd have to buy another bunch of vastly different things, it feels wasteful.)

Great purchase
I loved this book! I made the red velvet cake (into a cupcake) and I loved it! I also made chocolate cookies, and I used a new monk fruit I purchased , yum!! I love that these recipes are low in fat and carb ( or at least the majority of them)
