SO EASY TO INSTALL!Just roll it out, measure, cut with scissors and push into place!There's about a 1 inch "slot/track" on each panel of my garage door (top and bottom), so I was able to use that to slide this product into place. No double-back tape and it seems to sit happily in there without wanting to fall.The product has a nice 1/8" foam core that helps keep it rigid and the "foil" exterior on both side of the foam seems to be a nice quality.I was able to install the entire garage door by myself in less than 45 minutes. It would've been less time, but I had to get a rythem of measuring and cutting. (I'm a 5'2" woman).2 car garage door needed 2 rolls with some left over, but I'll roll that out in my attic over the garage. Highly recommend!

I used this insullation under a concrete slab we poured with radiant heat installed. Holds up and works well.

I like it because it works very good to help with keeping the cold out and tone down the noise. I dislike I ordered the wrong size, but we made it work

We used it to insulate the inside of our cargo van. Applied it with spray adhesive. It forms around all the framing inside the van. Worked just as I wanted it to. Provided climate improvement as well as blocking some noise.
