they work good, for shooting ! But this is something I would not get on a aircraft without one as it works great for your ears in preventing ear pain when changing altitude !

Great quality and very comfortable. I wore during fireworks display, and it blocked out the unwanted noise.

This review may be a bit subjective, since I have smaller ears and I have to place in the buds just right so they're cancelling at their maximum ability. I haven't tried foam buds so I can't speak to which is better, but these work just fine. Value for money, check. I suspect I'll never have to buy earplugs ever again in my life; there's a ton in the package. Plus I reuse and clean so I most probably will have enough to use throughout my life and to leave in my Estate plan.

I buy a bag of these once or twice a year. The ear plugs provided by my employer are the foam ones, and they suck.If I have anything on my hands when I roll up the foam ones it’s like it absorbs it, then when I put them in, whatever it had gets in my ear, then I start getting pimples, no matter how good I clean my ears after work.Since I switched to using these, I haven’t had that issue.I also like the rope string instead of the rubber that most ear plugs have. I can’t stand the feeling of rubber/plastic sliding on my neck, so this is good for people with sensory problems.I also use these a lot at home for projects in my shop and some other loud hobbies I have.Only downside is my o’l lady gets mad at me for leaving these things laying around everywhere.
