Easy to set up & use.
So many options on the market now. But I love this style -- bc -- if a bud falls out of my ear it has a cord that catches it and can retract into the neck piece.I do wish the buttons were bigger, hard to use them whe it is around your neck...bc they are the button and letting are so ridiculously small, why? Have real people w typical eyesight be in your focus group!

The most practical neckband I've found, but hardly perfect
I'll cut straight to it: this is a great product which I'm tempted to buy a dozen of because I know they won't be available for long I(update 2022: they come in-and-out of stock a lot). I fell in love with the neckband design 4-5 years ago and after several iterations by both no-name players (like this one) and the Big Boys (like LG), I found this single product has been the most practical, however far from perfect. I'll break it into pros/cons:Pros: 1. Super comfortable. Because the part that goes around your neck is flexible (every other neckband I've tried lacks this) it makes it very gentle. 2. Easy to pack. For the same reason as above, since the around-the-neck part is flexible this makes it as easy to pack as a deck of cards, rather than an old-school CD-player. 3. Retractable earbuds. This was huge for me: to prevent tangling, these have retractable earbuds. Unlike other retractable models which have dedicated buttons these have the "pull to the max extension to trigger rewind" functionality that we're all used to from the 1990's shades. Still, it works. 4. Google Assistant control. Pressing and holding the only button (in addition to it there are two switches: one is power on/off, the other is prev/skip) does trigger the Google Assistant, which is great for driving to say "call dad" for example.Cons: 1. Poor sound. I regularly keep up with the highest-quality Bose headphones, both for audio and noise cancelling. These won't be competing in that league on either account. (In fact I was driving my car talking to my business partner on these before switching to my Bose 700 for our next call and he thought I had parked somewhere. Perhaps that speaks more to the Bose, but the point remains.) 2. Controls. There's 1 button, one power switch (on/off ONLY) and one control switch (press forward for volume up, hold forward for skip track, etc.). Not bad, but it made me miss dedicated buttons on my previous neckbands to control specific functions. 3. It recharges via MicroUSB. It's 2020 -- can we move to USB-C so I don't need extra chargers, please? 4. Price. Look, $50 (+/- the $5-10 you'll find this for) isn't bad (update 2022: now $70 +/- $20, which is pretty intense). But I've had very similar features and audio quality in a $20-30 device. If these were in that range this con would not be present. 5. (Update 2022) Longevity. I have probably bought 12 pairs of these by now, but only ever really needed 2 or 3, but since the left earbud keeps dying (sometimes after a month, one pair lasted nearly 2 years) I have to keep replacing them. I still do, because there's no competition to the 1 + 2 + 3 Pros, but man, I'd pay $150 for a pair that had a 10 year guarantee instead of dealing with them failing regularly.

Wish I had another one!
I don't write many reviews but this little item is a true diamond for me. I've had LG Tone headsets for years and have been looking for lower cost options. This is definitely the best I've found so far. The loose silicone offers a natural curve that sits perfectly on my neck and the profile is so low and light that I truly do forget it is there. The earbud piece sits comfortably in both ear canals, unlike all my LGs where one bud constantly fell out regardless of the size tip I used, and the depth that it sits in my ear means I get decent sound quality even without turning them all the way up. The retractable wire for the earbuds does take some getting used to since there's no button, but it's easy enough once you figure it out. I'm sure some audiophile will have input on the sound like quality, but I've had no complaints hearing or being heard. I'm on and off the phone all day, constantly moving around my house and office, and I just can't follow the latest "earpod" trend. I don't want to have to remember to take my headphones with me when I get in and out of a car or walk down the hallway. And I certainly don't want to leave them dangling out of my ear all day while I am up on ladders or under desks routing cables. These beauties are the perfect solve for me, so I am quite depressed they've been out of stock for awhile. I'm going to keep monitoring and will order a couple of spares next chance I have.

Great Product, Versatile for athletes!
I have been using this headset for a number of weeks now, and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lightweight, discrete, and comfortable bluetooth headset that you can use in any environment.Pros:- This headset is incredibly lightweight, there are often times that I will forget that I have it on around my neck, and only realize at the end of the day or when im removing a layer of clothing.- This headset is very ideal for running. I usually wear a quarterzip, and I can tuck this headset underneath my collar and it virtually doesn't exist. Its nice that I can sometimes use just one earpiece at a time because I like running with one ear free to listen for traffic.- I also wear this when I go to the gym, and like I said with running, its virtually not there and very comfortable.- This headset can be very discrete. You can tuck it into your collar or jacket and you will barely notice that the headset is actually there.- Great battery life. It has a very long battery life which is useful. But what I love even more than the battery life is the fast charging. Some times I will forget to charge it, and I can throw it on the charger for about 10 minutes and its good to go for a few hours.- The audio is very crisp and clear. There's a good balance of bass and treble, without a surplus of either to alter the listening experience.- The microphone on this headset is also very clear, and has no trouble answer calls for prolonged times. This headset has actually become a preferred method for long calls now, because it frees up my hands and is very convenient.- The headset folds up into a very convenient size that I can slip into my pocket and forget about it.Cons:- This didn't come with a charger adapter, but most if not all people have a USB charger somewhere. It does come with a USB cable however.- If you don't carry the headset in its case in your pocket, the earpiece may come loose.

Great retractable headphones
Had these hadphones for quite some time and i live them. The best part about them is the locatio of the microphone as it does not seem to pickup rubbing from my clothing when i am moving around.
